These guys completed an oil change in my car and once it was done my tire was making loud noises and was completely flat after 3 days. I thought maybe they had put to much air in my tire and they had closed for the day so I didnt go back. The service provider Honda had sent advised it was the bead but the *** stated it was a tack. Save your money and go elsewhere. I had to pay for the tire even though it had been damaged in their lot or around their business. I can trust my own ears and the tire was noticeably loud leaving the shop. Ill go to another local place for my services and warn others.

I drive a 2018 Honda Clarity, which is a plug-in hybrid vehicle. It started making a rubbing/grinding noise when making a left-hand turn and/or turning right in reverse. i called Bianchi Motors and scheduled an appointment to repair this. When I arrived for the appointment I was given the choice to pay $138 for inspection or $30 for a brake inspection. I told them the appointment had to do with the rubbing sound when turning. They took the car in to work on it and when they came back they told me the problem was the shield around the rotor and that they fixed it. They also told me I needed new brakes. I was charged a total of $31.75 for the brake inspection I did not want. When driving home the car made the same rubbing sound as before. It was not fixed. My car had its annual state inspection a couple months prior to this with no report of needing new brakes then or in the near future. Being concerned, I decided to replace all the brake pads. The pads I removed were all at least 1/4 inch in thickness. The rubbing sound stopped after I replaced all the pads. My complaint with Bianchi Motors is the fact they wanted to force me into paying for services I did not want from them, as well as the fact they claimed to have fixed the problem which they did not.

******************, Thank you for reaching out and I apologize for our poor communication with you, I will do my best to explain. Our standard diagnostic fee is $132.00 plus tax. Once it was determined that it possibly was a brake concern that was causing the noise based on your complaint of when turning left you can hear a grinding noise and when in reverse turning to the right can hear the same noise, our Service Advisor quoted you a 4-wheel brake inspection of $29.95 plus tax. After test driving and performing the inspection of the brakes at all four wheels, it was determined that because of rust build up on the inside of the front brake rotors, this was causing contact with the metal backing plate that was also out of position. We also found both the front and rear brake pads were frozen/stuck in the brake hardware. The front brake pads measured right front 7/32nds bonded, left front 6/32nds bonded and both rears 7/32nds bonded. To properly get rid of the noise, we recommended to replace the front brake rotors. We also gave you the option of either replacing the front brake pads with the brake rotor replacement or servicing/freeing up the front brake pads along with performing a brake service on the rear brakes. I apologize for the poor explanations. We will review your concern with the staff involved. If you would like, I can explain to you in person and even put your vehicle in the air on a lift and show you. There were never any ill intentions, nor did we present you something that your Honda Clarity didnt need. Sincerely, ********************* Bianchi Honda Service Manager
