      To whom it may concern. I ******* ********* ***** rented a storage unit from bolt storage out of Elmira and my storage was on auto pay due to there negligent they didn't get they say they didn't receive my payment and my bank account says different and they auctioned all my stuff off legally because my last payment was taken out last week and they auctioned my stuff off in November. I want my stuff back or the cost of the stuff in the unit and the money that they took from my account since November. I've started telling everyone not to rent from them at all

      We have been working with this customer with an outstanding balance since June of 2022. His account has never been on autopay. Especially since autopay is only able to take out the balance that is due on the due date. It doesn't not allow for a payment plan. We had given him numerous chances and explained numerous times. Unfortunately, he did not hold up his end of the arrangement. He currently still has a balance of $1,524 on the account. I have attached a screenshot of the account showing the balance and that autopay has not been setup.

      Regards, The storage unit is lieing to you all we did have a payment arrangement and they where taking the money out of my account still to this day. I'm having my bank mail me a statement so I can prove it to the bbb

      I have a storage unit in Moline Illinois in a facility taken over by Bolt Storage. I cannot get my key to work in their lock so I cannot access my items and my contract is expiring. They have been telling me they would fix it for weeks.
