Key fob was purchased February 6th 2025. Complete Key mechanic and dealership confirmed key was defective with documentation. A return was requested from seller which was denied. The seller did not provide a prepaid return label nor offer to pay for return shipping per amazon polices. I shipped the item back with a forever stamp via **** on februrary 20th with the generic label provided by seller. Since then, they have refused to refund the order. ****** has attempted to get them to refund the order over 10 times. ****** has instructed me to begin legal proceedings for business fraud. I have contacted the States attorney general and provided evidence with ******* supporting documentation of them trying to get seller to refund as well as the businesses other reviews on the product. I have confirmed with **** the letter was delivered and also provided that to ******/Attorney general for documentation. This is a very common issue with seller and it appears they are commiting fraud. I have given the seller ample oppurtunity and I hope they resolve it without this going further.

Was lead to believe the key fob was self-programmable. That was not the case and the vendor was not able to cancel the order.

Ordered a remote from a company NorthCoast Keyless at NorthCoastKeyless.com. They provided me with a fob remote for my 2010 Subaru Forester XT. With it, they provided no pin for the locksmith to reprogram - I reached out and they said the pin was on the circuit board, to which the locksmith had already opened the remote and attempted programming from the 8-digit number on the sticker inside, and the programming would not complete/was invalid. I reached back out, with a picture of the remote, and have been ignored when I asked them to call me back. Id like to have my money returned and a shipping order to have the product returned.

Purchased a key fob for my 2013 Ford Explorer based off the North Coast Keyless guarantee, "There’s ZERO risk to buy with us. If it doesn’t work for you for ANY reason, send it back for a full refund."

Order #****** was placed on July 9, 2022 and is currently Completed.
Contacted 8/8/2022 at 3:50 PM to advise product is not working and I was not satisfied.

Received a generic/auto response from North Coast stating, I would receive a response within 1 business day, "Thanks for reaching out! We've received your message and will respond within 24 hours (1 business day) to get you taken care of. We take care of all of our customers -- that's our promise to you!"

17 days later I had to follow-up with them and was told they would not assist. This was after I left a review on their website reflecting my experience and the inferior quality of their product. I took screenshots to prove they are denying any bad reviews to ensure their ratings are high and therefore padding their stats. Not only is that unethical it's a horrible way to do business.
