    I just got scammed! Do not order from this person or persons. You will not recieve any instructions, and when you go to the online chat, they put into a service that wants your bank account number and some money to talk to someone online! Beware!!!!

    Their website is plastered with blatant lies and a total scam. They claim to ONLY sell OEM parts and even have a section about spotting the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts. Then they sent me a cheap aftermarket key that doesn't even work. They have a money back guarantee on their website, but make you pay to send it back and then only give partial refunds. Their business model seems to be selling faulty equipment under fraudulent promises and then making it impossible to get your money back. I had to initiate a chargeback. Just talk to your dealer or local locksmith for a new fob, don't trust these crooks.

    Horrible customer service plus they don't refund money if Fob doesn't work and I've heard of instances where they don't even send the Fob and don't refund. They are also mean to disabled people

    Wanted to return a key fob that didn't work. They refuse to send a return label to send it back so I had to go to the post office and stand in line in this Holiday crowd. This is a huge problem being I'm disabled. They don't care. Their customer service person ******** is horrible. They sell after market keys that cannot be programmed by Mercedes then don't provide proper labels. Then they rub it in your face when you file a complaint with PayPal. Beware

    I had placed a order with Northcoast keyless on November 13. I live in ************* ******. They said they had fast shipping. I have not seen my remote yet.I had tried them once before, and was not totally satisfied. And after this, I will probably not use them again.

    A 1 is too good. I ordered 2 fobs thinking at this price I would have an extra. Their customer service rude and they just stop reponding to you. I ended up paying 160 for the fobs and another 100 for trying to program. Their website review is disabled. I wonder why. Before purchasig look at their reviews on Amazon too. I wish I would have done that.

    WHEN THEY DON'T PUBLISH A PHONE NUMBER YOU SHOULD KNOW THEY ARE NOT LEGIT.PRODUCT GOOD -- INCOMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS CAUSED AN EXPENSIVE TRIP TO DEALER WITH BIG TOW BILL

    This company is not worth patronizing. They sold us the wrong fob, no accurate description on their site, stated they would accept a return. Returned the products in their original packaging and received a 25% refund of our total expenditures.

    I ordered a key fob from NorthCoast Keyless. They showed it was available, debited my account, and never mailed the key fob. After contacting them for 3 days in a row via email (they don't provide a customer service phone number) they finally said that the post office must have "lost it" although their own tracking number proved it never left their shop. They then stated they don't have any keys for my vehicle to ship, although they list it and sold it to me. I am extremely disappointed in this business, and do not recommend them to anyone.
