      I have been a loyal Bartells customer for 10+ years and have used their pharmacy for all my familys prescriptions until recently. Over the past year the quality of service and care has spiraled downward at the Greenwood location - with medications being slow to be filled, incorrectly filled, and pharmacy staff being rude and unhelpful. They recently gave me just one of my two medication refills - this should never happen. Today I had an urgent need for a new medication and it took them 5 hours to fill it. I dont know what is going on at this location but its unacceptable and even dangerous - this needs to be addressed.

      The pharmacy is a steaming pile of s*** Rude and incompetent. Don't recommend under any circumstance.

      Same complaints as everyone else. Hope that more people just switch to another pharmacy like Walgreens or Fred Meyer in the area. Prescription fills are always late, they don’t answer the phone (cat even leave a voicemail) , they are rude to customers in line especially when they know they messed up an order and force the customer to deal with their mistake. Not all pharamacies are like that. This brand tho has gone down hilll since rite aid took over.

      Has not filled my Rx for refill for almost 10 days. Will not answer the phone and voicemail is full. Had my Dr write a new script for another Bartell's pharmacy. I was told they would not fill my script because their system said the original Bartell's had filled it even though my app says it has not. They are holding my meds hostage and I have no way to get my scripts filled. The absolute worst!!!! This is not the first time this has happened. There needs to be a class action suit against them.

      We went to our local Bartells pharmacy to keep our appointments for vaccinations on 11/9. After checking in on time we were told to wait, after about a 20 minute wait no one appeared and I went back to ask when we would be seen. We were told we'd just have to wait, no apology, nothing like that. Whereupon the dispensing pharmacist came out and rudely stated she was far too busy to take care of us as she had prescriptions to fill and pointed to her list. We have had vaccinations for 18 years at Bartells and recently our flu shots with very efficient staff. I might add the helper ( who seemed to be totally non responsive told me to "calm down" . Just a nasty experience for this octogenarian lady.

      Appalling. I am dangerously out of medication for the 6th day because I cant get a response from tye pharmacy. I moved to a different Bartells hoping it would be better than the awful experience at U Village. Nope. The one on 45th doesnt answer the phone or return phone calls either. My prescription has been sitting there for days. If not taking my medication affects my health, they are to blame?

      When I call the pharmacy it consistently goes to voice mail. Today, the voice mail was full and I couldn't even leave a message. When I call the main number, they tell me the pharmacy is very busy, and when I'm transferred I get the same full voice mail. I can refill meds from the app until I need the prescription renewed, then I can't get my meds. Two of ******** have run out.

      This store is a disaster! My rite aid was closed down so they transferred all my prescriptions to Bartells. They never answer the phone and the lines are oppressively long no matter what time of day. The line could have 20 people and each one takes ***** min because everyone has a problem! Its been 6 months and they still have not managed to fill my 9 prescriptions simultaneously causing me to have to make 4 trips a month. When my doc faxes a prescription they always say they never got it!??
