    These folks talk a good game but they are extremely subpar. The crew showed up more than 6 hours late, now late afternoon (the lone truck wouldn't start) Then, they had no propane for their equipment. I lent them tools to get the job done. Since it was to rain in the early AM I was concerned but I was assured that coating would be dry in under two hours with no issues. It was pitch black when they finished. They were wrong, It did rain, and the rather thin coating washed away several spots. They said they would make it right but then they showed up unannounced, while I was away from the house on a night that it was going to rain again. It was pitch black and my wife told them that they were about to create the same conditions that caused the problem and it was to dark to see the spots that were not coated. The crew admitted it was very dark and it was promised to come back when I was home. That never happened due to either incompetence or poor planning or plain stubbornness but now after 3 months the coating has washed away in spots. Overall it was one of the worse experiences I've had with a contractor.
