5 starsMy experience with B.T. Installations started with ********. She was one of the most professional and courteous people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She responded to all my calls in a timely manner and she took total responsibility of all the scheduling of my pool install. She made my pool install absolutely seamless. The next person I dealt with was ****. He came out to do site survey. **** was very good. He told me what to expect and all the issues with what we were going to have to deal with because of the unevenness of my yard. With **** there were no surprises I new exactly what to expect. I choose to do my own site excavation but i would not recommend this to anyone who does not have experience in doing this kind of work as it is one of the most crucial parts of the job. It just so happens that I have been doing excavating for over 30 years and I had access to the right kind of equipment as my yard is all rock. I installed drainage and a base material in order to get the site level within 2 inches. Very critical so I would suggest letting ****** do this work and not attempting yourself. Last part of my install was done by ****and his crew. I don't believe that i can say enough great things about those guys they work incredibly hard and it was extremely hot. I was concerned because of the heat but those guys never missed a beat. They did an absolutely unbelievable precise job when i filled my pool it was perfect. The water level was perfectly even all the way around. **** is a perfectionist and his whole crew were out to give us the best job possible. They made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable and totally confident in their ability. They were the best. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is getting a pool installed. And always remember listen to what they recommend because they are the professionals and you will get a great job. Also treat them as you would want to be treated. They work very hard.Review fromCarrie D

When ***** first came out we had just got a tree taken down and he said when we got the ***** ground down to really grind it down. We called Murphys tree service and I explained the situation. *****, the owner said hes done root removal for pools for years and he didnt need to talk to ******, he knew what he was doing. When B&t came out to excavate I knew the first so many inches was free and after excavating they called me for another $700. I paid it because when the excavator left he said everything was good to go and the following week the installer would be out. When I got home from work at lunchtime it was obvious the guy had been there because the patio stones were placed but he wasnt there. I called to find out what was going on and ****** said that we didnt have the roots ground down enough and wed have to get it fixed before they came back out. When I called the tree service he came right out and said they dug too deep. B&T disagreed so I called two other installers who said the same thing. So I went back to valley thinking theyd want us to be happy with them and they pretty much told us to go away. They gave us our money back and we paid twice what we did for B&T. The new installer would have had the sand and stone delivered themselves and hauled the dirt away from the excavation that B &T didnt provide. B&T also charged us an extra $170 for the upgraded liner which I was told was easier to install than a cheaper one and shouldnt have been a higher charge. *************** is the worst Ive ever dealt with and Valley *****.B&T Installations LLC

Everything is explained in detail IN our contracts as far as what we can and will do as well as our prices. In bold letters it explains that we do not haul the dirt away it also explains the installation price of the additional liner protection package. We did not charge you for an upgraded liner. Why do we get om here and tell falsehoods ? I wish people would just be honest and take accountability. I also told you at the inspection that ( I DONT RECCOMEND PUTTING A POOL WHERE A TREE WAS BECAUSE THERE IS ALWAYS ISSUES) .The ***** grinder did not ground the ***** low enough. I also told you that 9 out if 10x that the ***** is never ground low enough when we come back. As well as I told you I couldn't give you and exact price because there was a tree in the way..I'm sure other installers will install on top of a ***** unfortunately we care about how our installs turn out so we wont..I wish you the best for your pool install ..Thank you for your review...We are in business to make moneyReview fromTabatha C

1 starNeeded my pool relocated 10 minutes away from where it was installed. Pool 3 years old anyways paid them the beginning of January I believe like $3400 still waiting for my pool to be put in. They made a mistake dug it for a 24foot. Its supposed to be a ******************************************************* its for a bad day and nothing gets done. They already got their money and I believe that they should finish this job before they start another job. It should be on the first available day that the conditions are right. All these other pools are being put up and I talked this mess in my yard my driveway has mud all over it because they pick days to come out with their machine thats pouring down rain and it doesnt get done anyways it just makes a mess so Im out all this money its like five months later, and I am so unhappy right now never never never pay in for until the job is finished. Theres no incentive to get the job done next time someone says I was counting on that money. Im going to be like you know what not my problem. .Review fromAnthony. M

**** and crew just installed our pool March 15th and did an excellent job. Despite the chilly start everything went perfect. We couldnt be more happy with the work and explanations given to **! Also, very nice and personable. I would 100% recommend **** and crew! ************, **B&T Installations LLC

We appreciate the kind words. In a society where you only hear the bad reviews because most the time if the customer is happy they don't bother leaving a review. We do 600 to 800 jobs per season so if you count the bad reviews to the workload it should tell the true story. We appreciate you !Review fromJess F

We had bought an above ground pool from Valley Pools and Saps and the free installation was included. The subcontractor was B&T. We were told the pool would be installed mid-June. It is now mid-August and we still do not have our pool installed so we cancelled the contract with them. They kept pushing back dates, said there were major issues with our yard, we had to downgrade our pool size, which we did, and then they never showed up or called. They wouldn’t answer phone calls or emails. We took days off work to be home then no one would show up or let us know they had cancelled. Now we a 30 ft hole in our yard with no pool and it was too dangerous to let our child play in all summer. Luckily, Valley Pools and Spas has been great and refunded our installation fees. Just not good business practices.B&T Installations LLC

Most unreliable company. Continues to push back installation date FOR MONTHS. You are unable to talk to anyone. They NEVER answer their phone, their voicemail box is always full so you cant even leave a message. They have postponed our installation date multiple times.but didnt email to notify us DAYS after they were supposed to be here.B&T Installations LLC
