    I purchased a ticket today by phone from this agency through their agent name **** ********. The ticket was purchased for Philadelphia to Denver CO. for October 2 with retunred date on October 5 by ******** Airlines. Within 2hours of purchasing the ticket, I called back to have the ticket cancel because I checked their website and they had the same flight time and dates for less: $115.00 compared to the price that was given to me by phone$250 and something just did not set right with me during the entire encounter and transaction and the agent refused to do so. According to their policy on the website, the ticket can be canceled within 24hours of purchased for a small fee. After I stated their policy to them, they insisted that they could not cancel the ticket and they were going to block me from traveling via any airline. I told them that this is the United States and they have no power to do so. I requested to speak with the manager and a gentleman came on the phone professing to be the supervisor. First they booked the ticket with wrong wrong airline, which i saw and corrected and second attempt with wrong returned date, and the agent did not want to change that while I was still on the phone with her. All of this occurred while I was still on the phone with the agent. I am going to upload their policy which is online on their website. This agency has to be held accountable follow their own rules.
