    Absolutely awful!! Booked a round trip flight through their website today,9/17. 30 mins later received a call reviewing their policy and they insisted I had to add on checked bag. I declined stating I didn't need it, thus why I didn't make a sele ton at time of booking. They kept pushing and wanted to charge me $250/ flight to add on my checked bag. They then proceeded to tell me they'd email me my booking reservation. Two hours later and no flight confirmation, I got a call from an "agent" stating my flight was no longer available!! How is that possible?! I literally booked online! they then tried to book me on the next avail flight for an additional fee per flight. When I said I wanted a refund, they stated it's a non refundedable flight. I explained, they as the company didn't uphold their obligation when I booked online for a reservation and that no airline company would ha e this much hassle. Since they ever sent me the flight info and couldn't provide a flight for my exact travel day, I cancelled my debit card and ended up booking through Unite Airline. Long story short, never ever book through this company. They are fraudulent and waste your time and money. Under promised and under delivered. Sleezy business!!
