      YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER BEFORE THEY SHIP IT FOR A FULL REFUND. DON'T WAIT.

      I tried to purchase a handheld console and accompanying game, which was a huge mistake. First red flag is they don't send you a a verification email, nor a tracking number unless you pester them, which includes calling, texting, and using virtual live support (which they turn off randomly!). When the item console arrived, it came dirty, rubber falling apart, scratches on the case and screen, and without the game. After more days of pestering, they sent me the game. Surprisingly, the game came in acceptable condition and worked perfectly fine. I tried to return the console, and with further pestering, I was able to secure shipping details and a full refund. Please do not buy from this company, and only go through means which you are guaranteed a refund.

      Additionally, the console came with a $12 receipt from the actual seller to Retro vGames. It's not just a scam, it's a lazy and careless scam.

      They are a dropshipper, they buy all of their products on ebay and get them dropshipped to the buyers. they do not test, they do not have the product on hand

      Extremely pathetic that google would promote these scammers. Like the others said, don't even bother trying to save a few pennies by getting anything from them, you'll more than likely get the wrong item and then when you try to get a refund, be ready to pull teeth and send a million emails that get no responses. I was fortunate that the wrong item I received is good enough where I don't have to waste a portion of my life trying to get the right item. Live and learn. I only wish I had checked here first before I tried to buy something.

      This Retrovgames is the absolute worst! I ordered an Xbox 360 S console and an Xbox 360 game. The website stated both items were in stock so I paid for expedited shipping. Well I did not get notification that it was shipped until almost 2 weeks later. When I did receive a delivery, it was sent USPS ground. The order I received was wrong. They sent the wrong console and the game was and is still missing. They sent me an Xbox 360 E and a Xbox 360 S power cable. This power cable is not compatible with the Xbox 360 E, they even have 2 different connections. I have the wrong console but was willing to keep it as long as they sent the correct power cable and the missing game. When I contacted customer service, I provided pictures of the console and the power cable and the paperwork that came with the delivery that says Xbox 360 E and they replied back and said they confirmed with their “team” that they sent the Xbox 360 S series. So they basically didn’t even look at the pictures because it’s clear in black and white that it is an Xbox 360 E. So now I have an Xbox 360 E console that I didn’t order and have no way to turn it on and no game.

      I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing items from RetroV Games, and I must say, it was an absolute disappointment. Not only did I receive subpar service, but I also discovered their unethical dropshipping practices, which left me feeling deceived and cheated.

      First and foremost, let's address the elephant in the room: RetroV Games shamelessly engages in dropshipping, a practice where they purchase items from various sellers on platforms like eBay, Amazon, and others, only to have them shipped directly to their customers. This means that RetroV Games does not possess any inventory of their own. Instead, they rely on other sellers to fulfill orders on their behalf.

      What's truly infuriating is that RetroV Games instructs these sellers to remove any packaging slips or advertising materials that would identify the original seller's business. By doing so, RetroV Games attempts to create an illusion of legitimacy and maintain the facade that they are the ones providing the products. This is a clear violation of transparency and consumer trust, as customers are led to believe that RetroV Games is a legitimate retailer with their own inventory.

      To add insult to injury, RetroV Games even goes as far as instructing the sellers to ensure the items are functional and in good condition. Essentially, they are relying on the goodwill of these sellers to uphold the quality of the products they sell, while taking no responsibility themselves. This lack of accountability is appalling and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

      Dropshipping, when conducted ethically and transparently, can be a legitimate business model that benefits both the retailer and the seller. However, RetroV Games' approach is far from collaborative. It borders on exploitation, as they profit from the hard work and reputation of other sellers without their knowledge or consent.

We stand by our products and offer a replacement warranty for 121 days.       I purchased a Wii console for $199 and it arrived and everything was in japanese. I sent it back and they only sent back a console, no wires, no remotes. They won't refund me and I am disputing the charges with AMEX. They won't even give me a number I can call to speak to someone.

      SCAM Crap stuff, if you receive it. On top of it all, doesn't work, NO SURPRISE. Called customer service. DISCONNECTED Sent email never to be responded to. CROOKS , SCAM SCAM. Look on Amazon, at least they will refund and return if issues.

      Promised product would work with older games...NOPE! I got a unit in japanese. No instructions. Refused to accept original play station games citing "regional" problems, then asked if I wanted to format disc, erasing existing game on that disc. Very slow response by email. Asked for prepaid return label. Stalled

      This is a scam company. Please do not do business with them. We had one successful purchase. The second purchase did not go so well. You will never speak to a live person. We did not receive what we ordered and getting the items or a refund was a month of our lives lost. What a waste. Live and learn.
