      My son ordered a Bowser plush from these scam artists for $56 shipped on a Friday. They canceled the order on Monday and jacked the price up on the item by over $30 more. This is shady practice. Price was listed, if they don't like it, tough, what ever happened to the customer is always right? My son is 9 and has been saving his money for this guy only to have them pull this on him. Makes me angry. Makes him angry. He isn't old enough to understand the reasoning behind what they did but I am, and this is shady business practice.

      So I placed an order with this company for two games, they were priced a tad bit high for the age of the game and what they were but that was of little concern to me.
      My order was paid for and was in their processing stage and waiting to be fulfilled on their end. I checked my order status today and my order was cancelled and is in process for being refunded. I received no notification of this change whatsoever, and upon looking into reasons why this may have occurred I found that the product I ordered had increased in value substantially due to limited demand (being an out of production game) and upon checking the listing on their website the price was changed to %260 what I had paid on my order for just one of the products.
      I've seen others scalping products that's a familiar thing but I have never seen an order that was paid for and fulfilled on the buyers end be cancelled and refunded to mark up the products value and offer it again.
      Shady business practice, this is something I expect from a shady ebay seller.

      Ordered from them then found a cheaper price somewhere else. Contacted the site via email and asked to cancel my order with a full refund. Received an email back in an hour stating the cancelation was processed and my refund will post in 5 to 7 business days. Day 3 the full refund was processed back to my card!

      Made my first purchase from Retro Vgames and I am very disappointed.
      I got the 3DS bundle that comes with Super Mario 3D Land and New Super Mario Bros 2. In the order instructions I indicated i wanted any color EXCEPT pink or purple.
      The package arrived today with a PINK 3DS and NO games.
      After playing with the console i realized I was getting an error code when trying to access the Nintendo E Store. After some research I learned they sold me a Japanese version and it is region locked.
      I called when then package arrived and was told I would have a respond in 24 hours. Still no response.
