Shawn is AMAZING! He consistently goes above and beyond all expectations. He is a consummate professional who is passionate and extremely knowledgeable about what he does. Ms Smith made me feel at ease when I was getting anxious about certain problems. She gave me the feeling that I could call her or text or email anytime I had a question or concern.
