      (**********************) In my experience, shoddy work and slimy business practices. I wish I had heeded the warnings :( My shower is less than 2-yrs old. For almost a year, we've been asking them to come fix the shelves that were wobbly and cracking. So much so that I've been storing all my shampoos, etc on the floor. (good look in a brand new shower) After three seperate and failed service calls, the shelves are continuing to wobble and continuing to crack. I cant even deal with them anymore. Rome has now started the blame game for their inept installation, including blaming me. ?? I paid nearly $14000 in full to have an inferior product installed by an inferior company. I wish I had heeded the warnings. If I'm hearing them correctly, they're "willing to waive" hundreds of dollars to come back and try to fix what they've been unable to fix so far. Now they're charging me?! That sounds scam-y for a shower Ive had for 16 months. Heed the warning.

      The workers from Rome Bath remodeling just completed a full bathroom remodel in our condo. They were very professional and accommodating. They were fully prepared for the full job and did excellent work. As they were completing each phase of the job they were cleaning up after themselves and taking their trash out to there trucks. Our condo association forbids the contractors to use our dumpsters for work related trash. They explained each part of the process and asked where we wanted items like shower shelving and grab bars to be placed. We would highly recommend their work. The only real problem that we encountered was with the salesman who originally came to our house. He was not fully aware of the some of the finer details like the placement of shut valves under the cabinet. He seemed to be new with the company and not fully knowledgable of all of the details.
