Thank you for your email regarding TSIs response to my complaint. There are a few pieces information which I need to know before closing the case:
1. The Social Security Number they are using to remove all negative listings associated to the TSI account. They were not clear in their message.
2. Which creditors will they be contacting to remove their negative listing?
I want to make sure they give the correct SSN (my Social Security number), as that is the one which has been negatively affected by their credit remarks. I also want to be aware of whom they originally sent the negative remarks so I can make sure everything has been removed on my end.
Is there a way you could retrieve this information from them?
I am happy with what they propose, so Im not sure rejecting the letter is the right option. I just want to make sure it is mine SSN that is cleared from their negative listings.

TSI posted a negative remark on my credit score, greatly negatively-affecting my credit score, for not paying their bill, after they had been notified that my ex-husband is now financially responsible for the bills; I never received any piece of mail from them or email notification that a bill was due under my name. Yet, they negatively marked my credit score. When I attempted to call them, I was on hold for an hour, switched to multiple departments, and then hung up on. This happened upward to five over a few months. They stated I could check my online account for information. I was unable to log into my account because they had incorrectly entered my email address. When I called to tell them about their error, they said there was nothing they could do. They did "not have an IT ****** to help me with this change. They are corrupt. It is impossible to speak to anyone from the office. I must be sent a bill before they can negatively affect my credit score.Business Response

Please do not close this case. I have not received a response from TSI regarding 1. the Social Security Number they used to clear all complaints with credit reporting agencies nor 2. the credit reporting agencies they originally contacted giving erroneous information, thus negatively marking my credit. I need this information to clear up the negative marks still held on my credit.
Though TSI states they have asked certain crediting agencies to remove negative remarks associated with my account, there has been no change to my credit score. I do not believe they have made an effort to remove negative remarks, which is why I need to know specifically with credit reporting agencies they contacted in the past and are now contacting regarding negative remarks to my credit.

Hello, in response to your email about my complaint for Transworld Systems, INC. I do want to file this complaint Soley, myself, this is not a template or organized method to dispute a collection item. I do not, have never had any contact with Transworld Systems, INC. This collection item is not mines. The opening date is stated to be 5/02/2024 on my consumer report. That is not true. I did not open this account. The balance is $262.00, and it is stated to be a charge off/collection. The item number is 9436*** and i furthermore would like this item to be removed. In addition, I did ask the creditor for proof of the debt, and nothing was provided to me. Under the **** I demand this account to be removed from my credit report immediately.Business Response

ONCE AGAIN they have sent me ANOTHER BILL for someone else's account. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to see that there are two different names. Now on the phone with *** trying to tell them but with ***** min wait times to be hung up on that's another BBB complaint for me to file. Last month I got denied when applying for some loan in my name. Then I was provided a copy of my credit report and saw things on there that were inaccurate. Inquiries and addresses that are not mine were on my report as well as accounts that I never opened. I have contacted the creditors to make them aware of the breach. But they are requesting that I fill out a full Packet to show cause in order for them to cease reporting to my credit due to this possible identity theft.
