I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to Experian credit bureau and TRANSWORLD ********** to have this account removed from my file and they always say the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed an *** complaint because I believed this is an outcome of identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from 3 Bureaus. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have TRANSWORLD SYSTEM *** that I have no account with them and Experian credit bureau can simply remove it from my credit.Business Response

I've never been provided with any equipment, service or otherwise listed in ******* Wireless Account ***************. I've never resided at *****************************************************************. I didn't give anyone permission to set up account at ******************************************************************** or any other address or service with ****************. I was T-Mobile for a period of time and then in August. I return the box and ask to close the account. Location was 8018 ************** *******. Washingtoni asked the gentleman at the counter. If there was anything else I needed to do. He informed me no that he would take care of the situation and close the account. Than I receive a bill from T-Mobile? Telling me they turn me into collections for a $119 for The internet and I explained to them that I had returned there box the first of Aug to the store And ask the clerk to close my account and if I could have a receipt and he said no that I did not need one. I contacted T-Mobile and explained to them that I never even had the box. I returned it on August 1st so therefore, I couldn't get the internet because I never even had a box. So I explained to them that that was an error on their mistake.And then I received a bill for a hundred and nineteen dollars which I do not owe because I returned everything on the first. Of August and they are overbilling. Then they turn me into collection.Business Response

This account has already been settled/closed/resolved by Navient as of Oct. 2016 and shouldn't have been sent to a second creditor for collection 8 years later. I think I am being scammed by these people.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:There are clear and concise rules that a debt collection agency/any entity reporting to a persons credit in a negative manner must follow when it comes to debt validation. This company is bold enough to absolutely disrespect federal law in the eyes of the **** as well as the BBB by providing the same response to all complaints which is in no way shape or form legal validation as defined by the law. This is the 6th time they have given the same response as though it is supposed to mean anything. It does not. They are fraudulently reporting to my credit, and they have/continue to cause statutory damages to me personally.
I do not know who this company is, and I know for a fact that I have never done business with them. Their failure to send even an ounce of what they are required to provide in order to validate their attack on me seems to prove that they are 100% in the wrong and that they deserve every single bit of the repercussions headed their way soon.

I am rejecting this response because:
this is not validation as required by law and they know this. They are providing a digital copy of a bill that could have been stolen or many more bad things. This company has not given a shred of evidence that shows proper validation of any kind that there is any debt owed at all! Not assignment contract, or chain of custody, original contract, proof of payments or not, they havent shown any sort of interest or late fees, they havent only given a response of this photo copy of a bill from a company that is not them! I have no clue who they are, and they have for several months now repeatedly given this same response while reporting negatively to my credit. I believe they are fraudulent and I know they are causing damages to me that are unjust and quite frankly they are breaking federal law willfully as I have educated them multiple times and yet they fail to follow the requirements set by the US federal government.

Complaint: 22447848I am rejecting the response provided by your company as it does not adequately address my concerns or fulfill my request for proper validation of the alleged debt. Despite multiple requests, your company has repeatedly sent the same photocopy of a statement, which does not meet the requirements for debt validation under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
I have made it clear that additional documentation is necessary to establish the validity of this debt and your legal authority to collect it. Simply providing a copy of a statement does not sufficiently prove ownership or the right to collect this debt.
As outlined in the ****** proper debt validation requires the following:
1.Proof of Ownership Documentation showing your legal right to collect the debt, including proof of assignment or transfer from the original creditor.
2.Detailed Accounting A full breakdown of the debt, including the original balance, payments made, and any added interest, fees, or charges.
3.Original Creditor Information The name and address of the original creditor, as well as details about how the debt originated.
4.Signed Agreements Copies of any signed agreements, contracts, or applications proving the debtors obligation to the debt.
The document you have repeatedly provided fails to meet these requirements. I do not recognize this debt or your company, and I dispute its validity.
I am requesting, once again, that you provide adequate validation as required by law. If you are unable to provide the requested information, I expect this matter to be resolved by removing the item from my credit report immediately.
Failure to provide proper validation may result in additional actions, including further disputes with credit bureaus and reports to regulatory agencies.

Creditor mentioned;
Enclosed is the validation information TSI received from the creditor that corresponds to the above-referenced account.
This creditor got a copy of my a police report and FTC report from the bureaus which was attached in my initial claim and i am reattaching it here again AND dated on when it was sent which was verified via mail that it was received.
I have never received anything in the mail from this creditor. If I am letting you know that my identity was stolen i am assuming that whatever address they had on file that was used to open my account is not in fact my address so if that is where you're sending mail to then apparently it is not being sent to me.
Upon reciept of their "validation" which is re-attached for your records, their document SUPPORTS my identity theft documentation, which again shows WHY i never received anything from this creditor simply because I have never lived at the fraudulent address they were trying to make contact at. As mentioned earlier, my address for the past twn years has been is ******************************************************************** and this is not where the creditor has been contacting me nor is it the address they have on their validation.
This company attached statements that they sent to
SENDING STATEMENTS IS NOT VERIFYING AN ACCOUNT IN AN IDENtITY THEFT SITUATION. YOU ARE PROVING THAT YOU SENT STATEMENTS TO THE INDIVIDUAL WHO OPENED THIS ACCOUNT IN MY NAME WITH INACCURATE INFORMATION, ADDRESSES ETCas per my police report and *** reports; please see attached. So thank u for showing that you in fact have entertained a fraudalent address AND account not opened by me.

I have NOT been provided with a copy of ANY ORIGINAL documentation required under Section 609 (a)(1)(A) & Section 611 (a)(1)(A) ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) and under Section 611 (5)(A) of the **** you are required to promptly DELETE all information which cannot be verified. In 30 days In accordance with ****, Section 611, I am requesting this information to review for completeness and accuracy and appropriateness. In lieu of sending the information you can reopen the dispute and ensure a proper investigation is performed.
