    I have a retirement account with ********************. I have been attempting to move it to another financial institution. 3 months ago Lincoln was changing over to Pershing, so they told me to call again in a week for instructions. Since then I have called and emailed multiple times and no one responds. My personal broker says he also cannot reach the back office.I have lost access to my retirement account because of this.

    I have been trying to contact this company for the last week. When I call I get put on hold for thirty minutes then they tell me I have to leave a message and then no one calls back. At this point I just want to withdraw my money but I cant because none will call me back. I tried to do it online but they have an old phone number for me so I cant get into to my account.

    This complaint concerns my 403B, established by my employer, the *********************************, with Lincoln Investment 11 years ago. In June 2024, I filed a "contract exchange" to move my funds from Lincoln to another financial institute, Fidelity. However, the process has been highly tedious because Lincoln denied the transfer holding my funds due to a Medallion signature request. After hundreds of calls trying to figure out what the Medallion request was because Fidelity was not asking for this request, nor did my employer, I found that I needed to generate the Medallion myself and start the whole process again, so I did.Lincoln received the paperwork with the Medallion but has done NOTHING to satisfy my contract exchange to Fidelity. Instead, they sent me a "welcome kit" because I was transferred to a different company, ignoring my request.Through this complaint, I am seeking a response from Lincoln regarding the request to complete my transfer to Fidelity.

    I've had a 403b account with ****************************************** for several years. After several years of losing money I decided to change investment providers through a contract exchange but my financial advisor would not assist me and said it is only handled through corporate office. I've filled out numerous forms and contacted the corporate office dozens of time via phone and email. When I contact corporate I have to talk with someone new every time and the new person comes up with additional documents that are needed or comes up with small clerical issues (for example they could not read date on the form even thought it was clearly printed). It has been months since I initiated the contract exchange process and it's appalling to me that there is no formal process for handling routine contract exchanges and rollovers. Please expedite my case and finish processing the contract exchange.
