      What happened to nutrisystem? Their customer service is terrible! They advertise "coaching" by chat anytime & scheduled phone calls. Chat is NOT a live *********** scheduled phone call is a week away!! They are never open, & when they are & you call, you're on hold at least an hour! Terrible service. I do not recommend nutrisystem. They were so much better 10 years ago.

      Nutrisystem will not let you cancel a plan online and when you call customer service no one will answer so you cant cancel. When I finally contacted a customer service representative, they tried to tell me I would be charged a $125 fee for cancelling a new plan, despite the fact that I was on the exact same plan in the past and was never told it would be considered a new plan and was never told there would be a $125 fee to cancel. This is a horrible predatory company and their food is equivalent to a glorified adult lunchable.

      What a racket! They use splashy marketing and confusing plans to reel in people who are feeling desperate for weight loss help (obviously this is the case if one is willing to spend hundreds)! Then they bury cancellation terms in a document no one reads (I later found it when searching for help online to cancel) and make it extremely difficult to cancel. Do NOT sign up for this unless youre ready to spend ******* a month for at least two months and then spend hours on the phone to cancel! My experience: I received one shipment and did not enjoy the food, it was way too much, even my kids would not eat the snacks. I was unable to cancel online or turn off auto delivery. Online chat directed me to call or email. But the customer support email on their website bounced back twice saying unable to deliver. I tried calling for three days in a row and was on hold for over an hour each time. Finally spoke to someone today who of course had to read a script to try and get me to change plans, asking about my weight loss. He was kind and I understand he is just trying to earn a living, I dont take out my frustration on him. I persisted that I wanted to cancel and it went through, but he confirmed that I would be charged $125 due to cancelling before the second delivery, which I now see is buried in the terms and conditions as a credit for the auto-delivery discount received on your first shipment. This was not clearly spelled out AT ALL when subscribing and should be changed! I am now cancelled, but will never recommend to others. The BBB should enforce clearer terms of cancellation and simpler methods of cancelling.

      I have tried Nutrisystem and am not satisfied with the food. I am still currently on hold for over an hour while writing this review to cancel my subscription. This is the second time trying to cancel my subscription. I also tried their Chat option on the website with no success. I have sent emails to their customer service address with no return response either. Very unprofessional. They should be appalled at their lack of ***************** I do not recommend getting wrapped up with this company. Very disappointed.

      I hesitated to leave this review, but feel that now I must. Once again my ****** account has been charged with what I believe is an annual membership fee of $98.53 which I did not agree to. My notice states Thank you for your recent order! I did not order ANYTHING for the last three years! So I tried to contact Nutrisystem first via the website, but there is no functioning link anywhere to facilitate this. Then I called the phone number provided but again only a robot answers and repeats the same thing over and over with no response by anyone. It does not even recognize my ID number or phone number. Then I try the CHAT button, but this is also not popping up. Conclusion: you are not allowed to cancel! This is against the law and it also clearly states when doing business in ** a business must inform you at least 30 days ahead of time when it intends to charge your account for recurring fees. Never received anything! I am 83 years old and can ill afford such entrapment by a business to collect money for unsolicited products. I demand a refund!

      Hello.  We have reviewed your account and see that you signed up for the 30-Day free trial for a 12-month subscription to Club Advantage on 5/6/2024.  On 5/7/2025 reminder email was sent regarding the renewal to the email address on file. As of 6/6/2025, the subscription was renewed, and benefits are available until 6/6/2026.  As of 6/7/2025 the renewal was disabled by the customer online.  Per our terms and conditions subscriptions are non-refundable.  We hope that this provides a resolution to the issue.  Please feel free to email or chat with customer service with additional questions.

      This company makes it almost impossible to cancel a subscription. They say the only way to cancel is by phone, but then they keep you on hold forever. Even if you might be inclined to renew, dealing with customer service gets you so angry with their stalling tactics that renewal will never happen. I've been on hold for 57 minutes and still no customer service ****

      I waited on hold 45 minutes to talk to customer service about an account issue. When someone finally answered, he tried to chat like we were old friends rather than address my issue. My time is valuable and waiting almost an hour on hold does not make me want to chit chat with a stranger who is reading a script. When I tried to explain my issue, all he would do was repeat my current account information trying to get me to stay on my current plan instead of switching to a more economical plan that was emailed to me by the company. This happened several times--he would not let me speak at all and at one point I was talking over him trying to get him to stop and listen to me. I was losing patience and asked him to just cancel my old plan--he became rude and began talking very fast, quickly gave me a service number, and hung up. This is the second time I have had to call customer service and received the same unprofessional and rude response. I am considering cancelling my subscription and I will recommend to others not to try this company. Nutriststem foods work, but if there is any issue at all, customer service is very difficult to contact and if you do get to talk with someone they are very unprofessional and rude.

      they charged my credit card for a membership that I didn't want or order. I notified them immediately when it hit my cc and refused to refund it. I filed a chargeback through my cc company and Nutrisystem actually fought it and won, which shows how good they are at fighting these things. They have no grounds for this charge. I cancelled everything to do with them via their website several months ago and I just got 2 emails from them to update my cc info and another promotional one. I had to talk to someone today who assured me I was through and I wrote another email to them making it crystal clear that I am done with them. I have had a history of terrible customer service with these people

      I have been on Nutrisystem on and off for years, never had a problem, except when you try to cancel, but that is a whole nother story. April 6th I bought 4 months auto delivery. The first month came on time as usual, with in 2 days BUT the 2nd month was to be filled May 7th, I received the email that it was being filled on May 7th,,,, But it has yet to be shipped. Now it is May 12th and still no shipment. I called and that was a joke she said it could take up to a week before it ships. So I have two more meals to last me to continue on the program, It will s**** up my plan.. All the customer service *** did was double talk, how much weight have you lost OH< thats great, its working for you. Well when you run out of meals call the coach to get advice... I dont want the coaches advice, I have been on this enough years to know what to do. I want my order sent in a a timely manner so I dont run out of meals and can continue on the program. I have never had this happen to me in all the years I have been with Nutrisytem. They were always shipped out promptly. I dont know what has changed but I wont deal with them again.

      I am not going back and forth about this, I delayed it because I didnt start it right away... I waited a week to start it. Then when I finally got it they shorted me one of my dinners. Trying to get ahold of someone was almost impossible. Once I am done with the 4 months I will NEVER do business with Nutrisystem again. It is all double talk

      This company is a scam. I cancelled my order online and then they stated that I needed to call. They would not cancel my subscription and then stated becuase it was in processing I could not get a refund. The supervisor was rude and this company is awful. Do not buy anything from them.
