Waited on hold for way too long and nobody ever took my call.
Emails are being responded to without any helpful information at all.
      Their chat feature is automated.
Frustrating Customer Service when trying to cancel and get help with an existing order....

My husband and I have been using Nutrisystem (non-frozen) for over 10 years. Why? Convenient portion control. In the past year, I've had at least 6-8 items that when opened, had MOLD in them. More recent, they are offering less non-frozen (discontinuing many) and their 'processing' to ship dates are 10 business days - which is ridiculous. My card is charged, yet the food sits for up to '10 business days'. Why? THey state they have delays in shipping - but it's interesting no other company I've dealt with has the same 'delays' they seem to have. Those companys SHIP my product once they've charged the card. Not Nutrisystem. I've asked if they are eliminating their non-frozen foods, and they said they are planning on increasing. Yet, every month there are less and less options. I used to be a full supporter of them - but not anymore. Portion control is really the key. There are many other programs that are more reliable - Nutrisystem must have new leadership, because it's increasingly worse. I don't appreciate that they charge a credit card, having my money in THEIR bank account collecting interest, while they sit on my product for 10 business days before shipping.
