    Products are good, but unfortunately their customer data handling and safety (incl. user identity and credit card data) on the on-line WEB store is shady at best. Our inquiry about the data migration from their former market system to the new one and what happened to the data when they migrated was not answered at all! The BBB complaint about the very same issue was nothing more than a marketing response about how good they think their new on-line system may be, and how many happy customers they supposingly have, but not disclosing about the requested user data handling when their old system was terminated. We can not trust such a company with intransparent user data handling, which is a crucial element in today's on-line shopping with respect of real existing fraud, identity phishing and wide-spread cyber criminality.
    Privacy regulations are clear these days, Supergrit is not up to speed.
