    I purchased my vehicle ( 2023 **** Maverick) in November ******. On December ****** my front passenger wheel axle broke will I was driving causing a single car accident. Vehicle was towed to **** dealership, Car sat at **** service from Dec.2 to ***** waiting for mechanical repairs (Axle).Mechanical repairs were completed in *****. Car was then taken to body shop for body repairs. Insurance adjuster inspected the car and determined the accident was a result of manufacturer defect and placed liability on **** (In Writing).Body repairs were NOT done, as **** stated body parts were on " back order ". Car sat at body shop from ***** 2024 to June 2024, waiting for parts. I had to purchase used replacement part (******) from **** and had the body shop put the car back together (unrepaired) so that it could be driven again. It is now Sep 2024, no repairs have been completed, body shop is still waiting on parts from ****.

    They spent 2 weeks diagnosing my car, and would not have communicated to me if I didnt keep calling them myself. I gave them $1,200 to fix my vehicle after the diagnosis and was told it will be running and fine. Less than a week later my car breaks down, they tell me theres nothing they can do outside of paying them more money for the new repairs. They charged me $1,200 without actually knowing what was wrong with my car. Mind you I purchased this vehicle from them in the first place. I was lied to, and taken advantage of. They are now telling me I have to give them $400 in order to simply get my car out of their shop! Even though 3 days ago when I attempted to drive it off the lot they told me leaving it there wouldnt be an issue. Id also like to mention how hard everyone I interacted with here tried to prevent me from speaking with a manager, one man straight up lied to my face telling me there was no one there. But as I pressed him further he eventually admitted there was a manager on site I could speak to. They would constantly tell me theyd call me back, they never did. Would put me on endless holds ect

    I took my car in for service per the recommendation of *** **** thinking I would get the issues fix for my car which is a Ford vehicle. My deductible was supposed to be a $100.00, but the service advisor stated that some of the parts were after market prices and I instead of the deductible being $100.00, the price would be $379.00. I received a text message stating that my bill was 843.26. The repairs were not complete. The service department charged me and the warranty company for services that was not rendered, which is considered fraud. The noise is the and the puddle lights are the same as before I took my car in to Robin Ford for repair. Also, I was giving an invoice with no cost breakdown for parts and labor.
