    Worst customer service *** ever experienced. Recently purchased a car here in January 2024, and in September 2024 after getting an oil change was told the breaks and rotors front and back need to be replaced. The rotors have grooves and lips and are now warped. This car was purchased with ***** miles and currently only having a little of ***** miles. After explaining this to sales manager ****, he then said its only because of only having put 2000 miles on the car is the reason. I explained how highly unlikely that is, and how *** in the parts said there is a chance that previous owner could have just replaced the break pads to cover the roots, I was then told well Ive been doing this for 15 years, I know what Im talking about, you dont. After having multiple **** purchases prior this will be the last **** ever purchased. **** was very arrogant and dismissive and never wanted to hear what was going on with the car. Was transferred to him and immediately answers with an attitude. As I explained what the issue was his first response was ok and. Very poor communication and customer service. Sure sounds like when purchasing the car back or taking as a trade due diligence was not completed on their end. No way in 8 months should rotors have grooves and lips in them and need to be replaced in both the front and rear.
