      I purchased a new refrigerator, washer and dryer from Gerhard's on 7/4/22. At the time of purchase, not all charges were disclosed, and I was not informed of them until the items were already in my home. The stackable washer/dryer required a stacking kit ($37.10), and the refrigerator required a "contractor installation" which was an extra $100. At delivery 7/29/22, the refrigerator was not able to be fully installed, and I was told to contact the store to arrange for this additional installation (and additional charge).In addition to not being fully installed, the refrigerator was not-functioning, and the temperature inside remained at 80 degrees several hours after being plugged in and turned on. I began contacting the store regarding this issue and was told to "wait 24 hours". In parallel I contacted the manufacturer, who told me the refrigerator should cool to the set temperature in 2-3 hours. I finally went to the store in person, and a service technician was sent to my house. The technician confirmed that the refrigerator was indeed not working and due to the repairs required (e.g. new control board), recommended a new refrigerator. A loaner refrigerator was delivered ~24 hours later (late in the day on 7/30/22) and I ultimately received a replacement refrigerator. However, by the time the loaner was delivered, the food in my refrigerator and freezer had been out of refrigeration for >24 hours and needed to be discarded. I was not compensated for this loss. In addition, 5 attempts were made to deliver the washer and dryer that I purchased, but each one failed due to 1) lack of required accessory (stacking kit) 2) damaged or unavailable merchandise. I ultimately canceled the order and requested a refund but the full amount of the refund has yet to be given, despite multiple contacts to the store. Based on my receipt, I am still owed $104.94 for these items that I never received. Order #******** Date 7/4/22 Total amount paid $8083.47
