On 7/25/23, Osteostrong sent an email announcing it was moving their *************** location to Greensburg, ***** the announcement, they stated:Members options will be to: 1)terminated and receive any refunds due; 2)remain a member to another ***** Owned location, membership will be offered substantial discount at all membership levels at either the Greesburg or *********** locations. 3)Transfer your membership to the *********** with no additional enrollment fee but subject to their current fees. **** or **** or ****** will be calling all active members to answer any questions regarding payment and make membership adjustments.I took the time to see if I could use the new location and the others mentioned but they were not geographically feasible. Realizing the locations weren't work, I reached out to the owners on 5/16/24 including a breakdown of the amount of $717.79 that was owed to me for the unused sessions. The owners responded on 5/17/24 stating "Once our cash flow improves we be will in a better position.Thank you for being patient."Months went by without a refund. I sent another email on 10/23/24 and never received a response. This is breakdown of what I paid and what is owed to me:The unused sessions for 2023 equals 24.-I paid $1555.20 on 1/19/23 for the full year of 2023.-$1555.20/52 = $****** or $29.91 - Please reimbursement me for $717.79: -24 sessions X ****** = $717.79 I have been in touch with other former members and some have received reimbursement and other are still *********** of the former members posted an unfavorable comment on their website and got a response and received a reimbursement.I am trying to not resort to that type of action. Please advise.Sincerely,****** *****

On Dec. 15, 2022 I paid $1694.20 for 1 year of weekly sessions at OsteoStrong, a therapy studio in **********, **. In July 2023, the studio closed and the franchise owner, **** *****, moved it to Greensburg, **. He promised to refund money to all clients for unused sessions. Despite many promises over many phone calls, he has not sent me the refund of $651.60 that he owes me.Calculations for that amount: Dividing the total paid by 52, that comes to $32.58 per week. I attended 32 sessions between December 15 and the end of July, when the studio closed. I am due reimbursement for the remaining 20 sessions from Aug. 1 to Dec. 15, 2023. 20 x $32.58 = $651.60.

On December 22, 2022 I paid $1550.20 for a 1 year membership to Osteostrong *************** owned by **** and *****************. Osteostrong is a physical fitness program that is supposed to strenthen bones and help people with osteoporsis. This amount was placed on my **** charge card. On July 25, 2023, I received an email stating that Osteostrong was not renewing their lease and that the facility was closing and relocating to Greensburg. In the email the members were given 3 options regarding their membership. I chose the refund option which entitles me to an amount of $645. After 11 months of waiting for my refund the issue has not been resolved. I have made numerious phone calls, texts, and emails which went unanswered. I have records of these dates. At one point I was able to make contact with **** using a phone with a number unfamiliar to him. When I was able to contact ********** was promised on 2 separate occasions that my refund will be sent by the end of March and the second promise was the end of April. Finally, I was informed by a friend that there was to be a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new Osteostrong location in Greensburg on May 29, 2024. I signed up online to attend the Grand Opening sponsored by the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce. The evening before the ceremony, on May 28, 2024, I received a call from *******************, owner of Osteostrong Greensburg. In this call **** informed me that he was aware that I signed up to attend the festivities. He also requested that I NOT attend and stated that he will put my refund check in the mail the next day. He led me to believe that he may have been embarrased by my presence. I agreed not to attend since he again promised the refund. To this date I have not seen any of the money which he has promised.

I paid *************************, owner of Osteostrong in ********* 3 months ahead for the use of the equipment at that location before I knew that the location was closing in a few months. The enclosed email to the members say that he would refund any money that he owed the members and that he was moving to Greensburg PA. I called ************** after getting the email saying that I would not be going to the Greensburg location and asked about my refund. He said to wait 1 month. When, after 1 month, there was no refund or communication I called and emailed him again about the refund. He said to wait 2 more months. I have not received any communication or refund. This all started at the end of July 2023.
