    When this franchise owner had a business in **********, I paid $1694.20 for a year of weekly sessions. When that location closed in July 2023, before the move to Greensburg, he sent an email to all clients that they could "terminate and receive any refunds due" among other options. I chose that option and was told I would receive a refund. After not hearing anything for a few months, I called and he told me money was tight and he would be getting some new funding and could pay me then. That was the last time I spoke to him. Despite my continued emails and unanswered phone messages, he has not responded. I am due reimbursement for the 20 sessions I did not use, which comes to $652. I do not recommend this franchise because of its poor treatment of clients.
