  While we appreciate that the owner came out to our house for an emergency situation and did resolve it the next day, he then told us we needed to replace nearly all of our sewage lines, telling my husband that if we didn't resolve it our issues would keep happening. Quoted us $6,000 for the work which would require digging up our garage to replace piping. We are expecting our first child soon and this was obviously a huge concern and if this was a necessary repair we needed to figure out our finances to pay for the work.I wanted a second opinion and called another company who specializes in sewage repair and replacement. I had used them before when they were also doing general plumbing work, so I felt confident getting a quote from them. When they came out to check the lines and give us an estimate, they found no issues whatsoever and gave us advice on how to maintain the lines without having to replace everything. Not only did I watch the camera in our lines live, but they also provided us video as well. I'm so glad we didn't make a rash decision on this project.

  This man scammed my parents out a large amount of money for doing nothing. He got away with it and now I see hes also doing this to other individuals. Disgusting.

  ML Plumbing came to my home on May 31st and June 14th due to my basement/game room flooding twice and I signed 2 contracts to replace my entire septic system and piping under my home. I gave **** (owner) 2 checks that were more than half the cost of the entire project. His two men did complete the piping under my home on June 28th and did a good job and when completed **** came and asked for another check which I gave him - not a good move on my part - he now has 80% of my money for the project. I then went almost a month with back and forth phone calls/messages asking when the work would be completed. At this point I have had a huge whole dug in my side yard since May 31st with septic tanks exposed and not working correctly. The last time I talked to **** was on July 20th. Finally, his sub-contractor came on August 4th and started the septic work and said he would be back the following week to complete. At this time, I also found out that I DID NOT need new tanks - they just needed some repairs so the second contract I signed included a new septic tank - labor to remove the two existing tanks and install a new tank. Due to not hearing back from **** I asked the sub- contractor to complete the job and I would pay him. The sub-contractor agreed and wrote me a new contract and finished the job so **** now owes me money back for the new tank/labor that I never received and also to reimburse me for the money I had to pay the subcontractor to complete the job. The sub-contractor completed the job on August 30th.

  Told me he needed half the money up front for materials. Took the money and never returned and couldnt contact the owner. Would give negative stars if I could.
