    Do not use this contractor. They owe us thousands of dollars for work that was never completed but they took payment for. They cannot afford to run the business but they continue to advertise as though they can. I reported them to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office but was unable to resolve. The only option left is a lawsuit.

    We hired Old Village for restoration work on a historic 19th century house. The whole experience was a mess from beginning to end, with significant issues involving quality, inexplicable delays and high-pressure attempts to jack up the price key features of the work. Worst, though, was when they lied about paying a subcontractor and led both the sub and us on for several months.
    We finally decided to terminate our relationship, leaving significant work left undone, because we simply did not trust them to finish.
    Simply the worst home improvement experience of my life.
