      I just had a new shower installed by West Shore and the entire experience was top notch. My techs were ***** *. and ***** *. They were as accommodating, professional, and overall made this experience perfect. The cleanup was amazing and the finished job everything promised. I felt the price was higher than I expected but the 1 day install was attractive. I am very happy! ??

      I had a new bathroom installed through West Shore, and I am so glad I chose this company. The financing was quick and easy, the crew that worked (***** S and ****** S) in my home were not only incredibly professional, but kept the space tidy and took great care to make sure there was not a huge mess. The bathroom took 2 days and it looks absolutly incredible. Thank you West Shore!

      Our experience with West Shore has been 6 Star. The professional installers arrived on time ready to transform our bath from 1986 to 2025. What a difference. Torkel and ***** are craftsmen and the quality of their work was exactly as the Design Associate promised. We are very pleased with the result

      ????Highly Recommend ????1. ****** ******* (Sales) - Very nice and friendly - dedicated time to my family (never rushed) helping us design a shower we knew we would love. ?? Most impressive was her knowledge and ability to quickly answer all our specific questions we asked. 2. ************* (Shower ************* Installation) - On time - professional- extremely knowledgeable - confident - no issue with my dad overseeing the project and asking questions. Reminded me of after care instructions and how to clean to preserve the product.3. *****, ************ (Back Door ************* Installation) - same as above ???????? - provided suggestions for properly closing with the double clicks and hanging blinds afterward. Knew all the details of the glass on the door and reminded me about the possibility of a tax credit because of the energy efficiency upgrade in the door. Great team! Overall comments - Yes, at first the sticker shock on the price is hard to get over. However, it is clear what you are paying for and well worth it. In my opinion, the efficiency in a one day job, the expertise, and knowing that they will fix what needs to be fixed behind the shower once it is out, is worth the price and peace of mind. I would 100% recommend this Westshore Greenville NC Team to anyone that asks. This work is one further step in making my house feel more and more like a home.       Great I got appreciate your service today. I feel more secure with **** work that youve done youve added in this that was my go to **** secure and Inn in ******* ringing everything because you can easily have an accident report youve done and I can see that its better than it was before so I want to thank you and it shows you do have the knowledge you willing to share and put it into place to make other people secure and feel safe and that was my goal with putting it up to get a more secure feeling with back when you can have so many accidents your prom they have a lot of accidents in the shower and you did a great job with it.

      West Shore completed two bathroom remodels and did an excellent job on both!*** B and **** T were outstanding installers working with us the entire time getting our input and checking with us as they progressed. They showed professionalism throughout the entire time they were here. Our design consultant **** I had explained the entire process to us and prepared us for what to expect. He was thorough and helpful with all the design choices.I would use them again for future projects.
