      That one day installation is great, but due to the material used we are having a difficult time getting a glass company to install a glass enclosure. So for the money we paid, we have a shower that is none functioning

      Salesperson came to my house and was very personable and professional. Gave me a quote for $17,300 for a remodel of shower, and $15,300 if I'd go with them that day. ~ Advised I was still getting quotes. 2 days before expiration of the quote, I professionally sent an email to the Salesperson and explained that the price was exorbitant considering it was supposed to represent 50% of Installation thru 08/05. ~ on 08/04 I received a phone call with the Fantastic news that they had shown my quote to a Sr. Designer and they'd found a way to reduce the cost. ~~ I told them they was the old Car Showroom method of sending in the Mgr to help close the deal when the Salesman couldn't quite deliver the best price. ~~ I asked the telephone rep, that had I gone with the first deal were they suddenly going to present me with a discount upon arrival at my house, because the Sr. Designer had found a way to reduce the cost. ~ Of course they weren't.
      I told the Telephone Consultant I was going to discontinue our call and not to call me again.
      These people are not ethical.

      i am extremely dissatisfied at the moment with the company. My contract sates that install will take place 8-12 weeks after a signed contract. Well now i've been waiting 15 weeks after 2 rescheduling's, and was just asked to wait another 7 more weeks. Waiting 22 weeks in NOT acceptable and already a breach in contract by them.

      We sincerely apologize to Mr. P****. There were issues at the manufacturing level that were beyond our control. We currently have him schedule for installation on September 8th but we are actively working with the manufacturer to expedite delivery and move that date up. We will do everything possible to install his project in a timely fashion.

      We have been able to expedite delivery of Mr. Percy's project and move his installation date up by almost a month.

      The entire process of dealing with West Shore Home (WHS) has been a complete and total nightmare! Homeowners should absolutely do their homework and absolutely not place an order for windows with WHS until they have completed their research! Search and read reviews. It’s a hook, line and sinker once they order the windows. I was contacted so many times and felt pressured / borderline harassed to have WHS rep come out for measurements.
      I’m currently waiting for my job to be fully completed due to wrong window styled ordered (measurements taken by WHS). The work that was completed looked terrible (have pictures), rushed and amateur. Simply so poorly done it was embarrassing to even share with friends/family that I had new windows installed.
      Everything has been at the convenience of West Shore Home. Relentless robo style calls*, voice/text messages, scheduled appointments turned into “no show” or new dates/times.
      They request that you complete a punch list (things needing correction). While preparing my list, it furthermore exasperated me and validated my concerns with this company.
      Do your homework!!! But personally, I do not recommend this company.

      Ms. W******* has some valid concerns and we are working diligently to address them all. Our General Manager is working with her personally to ensure there are no more difficulties in finishing her project. Problems occur with less than 1% of West Shore Home projects, but when they do we will always own them and work to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the outcome.
