      I had a new shower install project yesterday 5/9/2025 completed by West Shore Home Chattanooga *********. The 2 installers were ***** and *****. Both of them knew exactly what they needed to do and didnt hesitate to get started. Each had their specific job and this went as smoothly and seamlessly. It was truly great experience working with them. Both of them were very courteous and respectful which means a lot these days. When the support handles were to be installed there were only two and should have been three a call was made to **** Major our Salesman who also is top notch went up and beyond and had someone bring one from the warehouse to our home for it to be completed. Now that is service I live a good 35 or so miles away from there. I also worked with **** a week ago and chose West Shore for a new front door assembly install. The team who completed that job was also top notch people. Great work by all of them involved. Thank you all ***** and ***** *.

      **** came to my home 2 times once to replace the caulking in the shower and then to put a slip kit in the shower. Just wanted to say he did a great job! Very professional and took his time when he replaced the caulking and matched the color perfectly it looked so much nicer. Love the slip kit it is there but doesnt look like it is there like some slip proof things you get for your shower. He truly is a great employee and they are Blessed to have him working for Westshore homes.

      ****** * and ****** B from the ********* ****** ****** and ****** were exceptional. *hey kept me informed throughout the process. I would like them to come back for the service work that needs to be done for the windows and the trim.

      I RECENTLY HAD MY PORCH WINDOWS REPLACED BY WESTSHORE HOMES AND IT WAS AN EXCELLLENT EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END EVERYONE I INTERACTED WITH FROM WESTSHORE WAS A PLEASURE. DURING THE PROCESS I DEALT WITH NUMEROUS PEOPLE FROM BEGINNING TO END FIRST DESIGN CONSULTANT ****** ***** WAS VERY KNOWLEGABLE AND INFORMATIVE AND THE WHOLE CREW THAT DID THE INSTALLATION WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND THE *** WAS DONE IN 1 DAY TO INSTALL 10 WINDOWS SHOUT OUT TO ***** ***** RD, ******, ****** AND DUGTIN, THEY ALL DID A GREAT *** AND I AM PLEASED WOULD RECOMMEND WESTSHORE HOMES FOR YOUR PROJECT.
