      The whole experience with this company transforming our bathroom was very professional and thorough. We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with our family. ******, ****** ********* ******* and ******* were all very accommodating, kind and walked us through every step of this experience. It made the transition very comfortable and left us feeling beyond grateful for the remodel. All of the work out into our bathroom was done with precision to every detail. We could not imagine a better team to go through this experience with. They all kept everything clean through all of the demolition as well! THANK YOU SO MUCH to West Shore Homes and their impeccable team for all of their hard work!

      On April 28, 2025 I agreed to a bathroom remodel. On April 29, 2025 I was told they couldnt demo the tile floor without purchasing a vanity, so I cancelled the project that day! Two days later on May 1, 2025 they did an ACH withdrawal on my deposit. I have made several calls and still do not have the money back in my account!

      Very pleasant team of *** B and **** T working to replace a shower stall and also to convert a tub to a shower stall. Posted are the finished products. We love both!

      ****@tory just outstanding professionals they fixed the drain issue and installed a walk in shower and its perfect. Even **** the consultant who came was great I explained what I needed and we got right to the point. Didnt try and over sell or anything. The experience with West Shore has been top notch
