    June 6, 2024, I gave **************** a deposit for a chair Lift, that he said my daughter and I could both use. ****************** the installer , came to my house only July 2, 2024. He told me the balinster I had on the wall had to be removed, the opposite of what **************** said. He also said he could not take in on the third floor and install it, because it would present a insurance issue. That is not what **************** said. However, after the fact, he agreed.My daughter could not get up the step. ****************** encouraged us to try, since i suggested my son in law may be able to help my daughter get up the stairs. He also told my daughter and I that if the chairlift did not work for both of us, we would get all of our money back. Every *****!When I realized the chairlift could not work for my daughter and I called ****************, he assured me I would get my money back, however less $600.00 due to installation fees. I did not like it, however getting some is better then none.I spoke to **************** following the return, he sent ****************** to remove the chairlift, The day he proposed I had my son in laws fathers funeral. I told **************** to have him at my house before 10am. ****************** came too late, which seem to be apart of their make up. They are never on time. When ****************** called me I told him, when he came back, be sure to bring the check due me. Remember when you installed the chairlift, I paid you for the balance. I had spoken to *************** telling him my interest in getting an elevator! He stated he would give me a credit using it against the elevator cost. For all that occurred before and no return of funds I felt it is best to get what I could. I had no contract. I know I make a big mistake, however I believed ****************.I received a used chairlift.

    Hello,

    We understand ********************** position.  I personally spoke with her this past Friday, August 2nd and informed her we will be refunding 100% of her purchase price and removing the lift.  We tentatively scheduled this for upcoming Thursday, August 8th, dependent upon ********************** availability.  Both she and this office can be assured we regret the negative experience.
