    I totally agree with you. AmeriGlide is the worst one I have ever seen for over 31 years living in ************. I paid about $ 4200 buying all parts to be shipped to my home. However, after opening boxes, we found they were not new parts at all. Some major parts, such as, chassis (the part like a computer CPU) is clearly showing not a new one). We asked them to give us an approval for us to ship back to them, they refused to do so. We provided about total 44 pages of pictures and explanations for each picture. ***** dispute staffs get about $3200 refund to us (another $1000 is not not refund to us at the point). Today, I received a register and sign requested letter from *********************** They ask me to return $3200 to them as I approved my order delivery. This means NO MATTER WHAT THEIR DELIVERY PARTS ARE, I HAVE TO TAKE THEM! I will go to Small Claims Court locally sue *********************** I believe their products and services should not meet industry standards.Never buy AmeriGlide products and services!!!************ (June 26, 2024)

    We ordered a stairlift from Ameriglide mid June 2022 for an elderly neighbor who was having extreme difficulty navigating her stairs due to bad knees. It was delivered about 14 days after ordering. Ameriglide contracts a third party to do their installation. Our installer was contacted that we had received the lift and came approximately one week later. Unfortunately, Ameriglide had not sent everything needed for the installation so the installed left promising to return as soon as we received the missing parts. It took Ameriglide another week to send the missing parts. We then contacted the installer when gave us a date that he would return. He never showed. I contacted him again with the same result. This went on for weeks. I tried to contact customer service at Ameriglide several times over the next few weeks and was promised that they would take care of this issue but I never received any call backs from them. I call them back over the next three months and never received any response regarding this issue. Only after my elderly neighbor contacted her credit card company to dispute the charges since the unit had been sitting in her entry way for three months was I able to get someone on the phone. I spoke with someone at the third party company and was promised that a installer would be there within the next 10 days. But when the installer submitted the paperwork to Ameriglide, they (Ameriglide) refused to approve the installation until my neighbor removed the hold on the credit card transaction. My neighbor contacted her credit card company and had them release the hold. I recommend that anyone looking to purchase a stairlift not to do any business with Ameriglide. They have the absolute worst customer service. Once they have your money, you don’t exist to them!
