    The gentleman who came to our home to check to see why our hot water heater wasn't working, was a real gentleman! His name is Jose Hernandez. He took his time not just showing us what the problem was, but explained step by step what went wrong. He fixed it for us and was very kind, courteous, respectful and extremely patient with us asking so many questions. I've been dealing with this company for 2 years and I'm extremely satisfied.     Steve C**** was the electrician sent by Lowry to install a new outdoor outlet. We always ask for Steve as he has done great work for us in the past. Steve did his usual meticulous work. The outlet is perfect! Highly recommend!

    I contracted with Lowry's to assess an issue with my Oil heater 2/24/23. When the electrician Rob A arrived, he was unpleasant and hesitated to answer questions regarding the heater even though I expressed concern. Rob A requested that we get more oil and schedule a tune up for the heater before he could give an accurate assessment of the issue. We went without heat over the weekend. I called Lowry to schedule the tune up on Monday 2/27/23. The office rep. scheduled for Tuesday 2/28/23 for Rob A come out and complete the tune up. Rob A arrived to my home a hour and fifteen minutes late. While on his way into my home, Rob was on the cell phone discussing upsaling. He was also unpleasant once again and got an attitude with me when I asked questions. He completed the tune up. Rob A changed the $89 service fee and $349 for a tune up. My oil heater worked and I compensated Rob A. Later that night my wife and I observed that the heater had stopped working. The very next morning at , I called Lowry's to inform the rep. that services were rendered yesterday and my oil heater was not working again. The rep. empathized with me and expressed that she would have to get in contact with Rob A. to come back to my home and address the issue. She notified me that they would contact me back shortly to address the problem. I did receive a call back. I had to call the office again to follow-up late that afternoon! The rep. informed me Rob A was a big job and they would contact me back. I expressed the emergency matter of the heating issue and the fact that Rob A was just at my home yesterday to render a service. The Rep. called me back at 4 to inform me Rob A. arrive in 30 min. Rob A arrived at my home a hour afterwards. When he arrived, Rob A. had an unpleasant demeanor and appeared to upset that he was back to address the issue. He stated that we needed a new imitator. Rob A. attempted to charge $399. When I asked about the imitator, he said do you want it or not.
