    Very knowledgeable tech. He knew just what service had to be done. He also put on his shoe protectors on to keep our floors clean. A plus in my book.

    During a recent inspection (my 1st with Lowry), the Technician reviewed my heating system and left stating everything was in working order. Upon returning home hours later, I found my home freezing (17 degrees outside) and the heat not working. I called their ***************** Number and was told I would receive a call back within 20 minutes. I never got a call back. After checking the breaker and seeing that the thermostat was fine, I went to the basement to review the Unit only to find that the Technician forgot to turn the gas back on. Once I did, the heat fired right up! This was late on a Friday night. I called Lowry during normal business hours first thing on a Saturday and was told a Manager would call during the week. A week has gone by and I never received a call back.......nor will I ever use Lowry Services again!

    Ive been with Lowry for years from a new furnace, water heater installation and electrical work and they are always professional on time and courteous, Ill continue to be a Lowry customer For all my properties.

    ***** ******* from Lowrys was very professional and friendly, he took the time to access the problem and let me know what he found should be done, he went over the paper work with me on financing and it turned out to be something that was doable! Its the actual work that I was done by a different team is where I was unsatisfied, but **** did a really good job
