    We paid about ********** for our house and property and still don't have a completed driveway.We purchased a home in the ********************* in *********, *** and our driveway has never been installed to completion as agreed to in the contract with THP Properties when we purchased our Home/ Property in July of 2020. Numerous Neighbors have the same issue regarding their driveways. We have collectively and individually contacted THP Properties about the issue but keep being told to wait until paving season!? Last date that was issues for completion according to THP was November of 2023 which came and went without any correspondence from THP. We just want what we paid for and to have our Properties completed as agreed.

    We are aware of the outstanding driveway topcoat at this property. Our standard protocol is to install the base blacktop layer and then to wait one year to ensure over dig areas have completed their settlement. There were some complexities in closing out our site work which got entangled with the driveway topcoat completion of the final homes in this community. We are not in any way ignoring our responsibility and the delay is unfortunate to all parties. Our plan is to have the driveway topcoats completed during this 2024 paving season which generally ends in mid to late November.

    I purchased a new home from THP in December 2020. They still have not finished the top coat on my driveway, as well as many of our neighbor's driveways.After consistently following up and even having a meeting with the President of the company, no resolution has been implemented.Last year I was told they plan to finish by the end of the paving season. This year I am told the same thing.We paid for the completion of our home and would like our driveway completed. We are concerned about weather and other elements affecting the condition of the driveway as it stands currently.

    We bought our townhome brand new 4 years ago. Recently our AC stopped working, an hvac came out and said it was an electrical issue. An electrician came and found out that the power to our unit is in the neighbors unit and the downstairs neighbors unit is powering our AC unit from her breaker. Electrical lines are mixed up when they were installed years ago. We have no idea how the electrician, THP or the inspector all missed this huge mess up. We need it repaired asap or we will be contacting an attorney in order to sue and it will be a class action suit with the neighbors whose electric has been powering our AC.

    After some investigation of this air conditioning situation,we found that an error was apparently made with the electrical wiring.  In this townhome product, electrical panels can be placed in close proximity, and two wires were inadvertently hooked up incorrectly.  We have been in communication with the owners and have an appointment scheduled to correct the situation.
