    Lies, delays and capital mismanagement. The ********* brothers make decisions that always benefit the bottom line, not the consumers.**** is insistent on delaying the paving of bayberry crossing in ********* for 4 years as this will yield a better ROI. If you look across all the developments this is a recurring theme with THP. Delay delay delay, excuse excuse excuse as the township deposit doesnt come back until community is dedicated anyway.Stay away if youre looking for a developer that completes communities in a timely fashion.

    We are very aware of the outstanding driveway topcoats still needed in this community. Our standard protocol is to wait one year after installation of the base blacktop layer to ensure over-dig areas have completed their settlement. We are not intentionally trying to prolong the process, but there have been multiple factors affecting the completion. Our plan is to complete the driveway topcoats at the time of road topping. Before this can happen, however, a significant amount of landscaping and other work must be done in the community involving tree replacements, grading repairs, concrete replacement, etc. The topping of the road is one of the final steps in the process. Most recently we had been waiting for the punch list from the municipality to give direction on what work was required. We will install the topcoats as part of our overall sequence to finish out the community.

    I couldnt leave Zero stars review. New home purchased in 2020 and THP has yet to finish my driveway. There are up to 100 homes that are still waiting for the too coat install for the driveway. Part of my home purchase was to have a finish coat put in my driveway and according to the *** there are no plans to complete it. I dont know how my township can allow a builder to not complete the proposed and approved community plans. I have called THPs number you cant get a person and they dont call back.

    We are aware of the outstanding driveway topcoat at this property. Our standard protocol is to install the base blacktop layer and then to wait one year to ensure over dig areas have completed their settlement. There were some complexities in closing out our site work which got entangled with the driveway topcoat completion of the final homes in this community. We are not in any way ignoring our responsibility and the delay is unfortunate to all parties. Our plan is to have the driveway topcoats completed during this 2024 paving season which generally ends in mid to late November. As to the lack of response, ************** called our customer service line on Friday, May 31, 2024. We responded to her call later the same day.
