Penn Credit Corporation reviewed and investigated the complaint. We are a third-party debt collection agency acting on behalf of the original creditor.

According to Penn Credits records, the accounts in our office were paid in full on June 10, 2025. Penn Credit Corporation does not credit report for this original creditor.

If ****************** ******* is a veteran, he would be required to contact the original creditor at ************ or ****************** to discuss exemptions.

      Additional information is provided below.

How to become exempt: They would need to pay the past due charges and then get an electronic tag account.

To be eligible to participate in the Qualified Veteran Discount Program, the Central ********************************* requires that at the time of the transaction, the vehicle be compliant with the following:

Standard registration with the State of *****, Texas DMV Issued a qualifying specialty plate and have it properly displayed.

      Congressional Medal of Honor
      Legion of Valor recipients
      Purple Heart recipients
Disabled veterans who qualify and meet the requirements for specialty license plates

The qualifying plate must be associated to an electronic tag account with the electronic tag properly displayed on the windshield. Then, if interested in Veteran Exemption, they will need to call ************ to start the process for veteran exemption. They can also email ******************.

Program participation is limited to one (1) vehicle per veteran and does not apply to the MoPac Express Lane. Tolls incurred prior to successful registration in our program must be fully resolved to be eligible for participation in the discount program.

If **************** has any questions or concerns, she can contact me directly. My name is ***** ******, I can be reached toll free at ***************************** or emailed at ************************************************************************.

Thank you for your assistance and resolution regarding the matter.

The respondents Penn Credit, Central Texas Tollways, The ** Tag of *******, and *************** have worked out a deal.

Completion of all scheduled arrangements with be finished this week.

I have been working with all parties since March 2025. As you can see there are a lot of hoops to jump thru and nobody has made this completely clear to all the Combat Disabled Veteran Households, it will put a HUGE Stress and Strain on all the families involved.

It took me 14 years of getting the run around, so this is a Curriculum that should be applied, "SOMEHOW & SOMEWAY" as these are part of their benefits package as Stated by Contractual Law.

Thank you for your help and yes this case is closed.

Sincerely, ********* for your Due Diligence, It was Refreshing.

****** ******-***** & on behalf of my husband ******* *****, this has lifted a little of the stress off his shoulders. GOD BLESS AMERICA!

I honestly dont get why PENN CREDIT is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. How can they just put something on my report without any proof?Account No: ***************** Amount Disputed: $112
