      House is 11 years old. 4 years ago I had to get 10+ windows replaced due to foggy/cloudy appearance of the glass. This year, I have another 7-8 windows with the same issue. Some of the ones were the windows replaced just 4 years ago. Since the house is now 11 years old neither the homebuilder (M/I Homes) nor MI Windows and Doors is helping me to get them replaced since the warranty was only 10 years. Now I'm stuck paying thousands to a third party because of bad quality windows and poor warranty service.

      ****** used MI windows and doors and within 6 years the inner part of the glass was all cloudy. This has happened to several people that bought lennar homes. Almost every single window in my house is severely damaged. I missed the warranty deadline by 4 months and they are not willing to replace the windows. The only reason I missed the deadline was because a lennar rep told me 3 years ago they went out of business. Now Im hearing of friends in other developments who built ****** homes having the same problems.

      I've been waiting 3 years for a Field service that was opened and closed without repairing their windows, that continue to fail!
