    I have gotten Nick A few Times. He is very nice and extremely patient with me when I can't make a choice about whatever I am asking him!!!! I like speaking with him because he is ALWAYS a pleasure!!!! I strongly recommend that you put something in his file or record. As I said he is a great employee!!!!!!!!!!

    Corey F was/is wonderful to speak with today and we have had his assistance before. Been completely satisfied with Corey. He is patient and speaks clearly for us to understand what we should be doing with our new computer. Today our call consisted of transferring photos from a flash drive and Scan Disk. Corey took my questions with great understanding and worked them out for our application. Am totally impressed with his further suggestion for a power line adapter to help our signal.

    I just had AGAIN the most wonderful experience with tech support for my WOW computer. Because I was having trouble hearing the computer, I called yesterday. That young man suggested I get external speakers and even told me how to ask for them in the electronics department - a very kind, sensitive suggestion because I am totally at sea with anything computer.Today when I tried to hook up the speakers, it didn't work so I called and was connected to Jose. He very patiently worked through the problem with tremendous success but when I had to reconnect the speakers to the USB port I set my phone down and we got disconnected before I could let him know he was successful. So, I called back and was connected to C****. I explained how much Jose had helped -- I can hear now and even don't need all of the volume! -- and could he let Jose know and thank him for me. C**** was wonderful! Kind, considerate and when I expressed a wish that I could leave a more detailed thank you than is possible with the 2 question follow up to the service call, connected me to this site. He made certain sure that I didn't have any other concerns with my computer that he could help me with. I was hesitant about buying any computer after I retired years ago because the expectations for operating one are just too beyond me and no tech help is available, but then I came across the ad for the WOW computer in the AARP magazine and I decided to risk it precisely because it had promised tech support. The tech support has been amazing. Thank you for providing these wonderful, kind, great communicators who make it possible for me to be engaged with the wider world. I would have missed so much without them!

    Cori was very helpful and patient as I'm very old and it can be hard to get through to me. She waited on the phone for me 2-3 times and I just couldn't ask for a better service from anybody.
