    Each time I have called my WOW customer support they have come through for me. I have had the WOW for many years. This time I purchased a new HP All in One Printer and it was not easy for me. It would not connect with my computer even though it was known to be compatible. Corey F***** took on my call and we got started. He followed many different steps to get the computer and printer connected and was successful !! Corey was persistent and his perseverance was amazing. He was so patient with me giving me directions on my end. He was over an hour with me. I am 81 years and so very grateful to him and WOW for all their help. Five stars from me. Thank you!
