      Charged twice. Was told, this is what they always do. Then one charge drops off. One item was just huge...no I voice in package. I have to foot the bill to return it. Bought a saddle was charged two times for it. Said if I wanted to return it, I had to foot the bill. They would not be responsible for it.

      I have ordered from state line tack multiple times over the years and each time I have a shipping issue with this company. They always take 1-2 weeks to even ship out the product you order. This time, I placed my order on a Monday morning, and checked on that Friday to see if my order has shipped as the item I needed was time sensitive. Low and behold the item(s) were not even shipped let alone packed. I called and emailed them and the woman who answered said they would cancel my order since it was not even packed. THEN, I receive an email from them stating they cannot cancel my order because it IS packed. Which makes no sense to me in the first place. I don't understand why they couldn't cancel the oder if it hasn't even left their warehouse. AND THEN it is now the Monday they say that the package will supposedly ship - and what do you know, I receive an email stating my order is delayed and won't ship until 4/2 - two days later. What the actual heck. It makes no sense why they lied and why they couldn't cancel my order. Super upset and will NOT be ordering from them again. Will also let my peers in the horse community know not to shop with this company.

      This Company on line Stateline tack has horrible customer service. Buyer Beware The mailed my order to the wrong address. Then to cover their error they changed the mailing address on my order. To make matters worse the customer service person stated their were no notes in my file stating that was done. Basically called me a lier because nobody made notes on my account they made a shipping error so they changed shipping address to cover up their error.

      This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought an expensive Rambo blanket for my horse. The Day I received it, it came in a broken plastic bag and it was dusty. Measured it to my horse, after using their guidelines and it did not fit. Sent it back the same day undamaged. 7 phone calls later, they finally send me pictures saying it was dirty and took $60 off my refund. This was an out and out lie. The pictures showed their own brand of blanket, not the one I bought which is from Ireland. And it was a different color. They never call back and do not give full refunds. A total scam. Do not use them.

      My autoship order clearly said the total was $176. My credit card was clearly charged $202. I assume this is shipping but who knows? Stateline would have to actually include that somewhere in my account or emails for me to be sure. There isn't a spot anywhere that indicates why I was overcharged. Worst company to work with. Their chat bot is worthless and says it's transferring you to an agent but doesn't, it just sits there. They wouldn't let me cancel a BACKORDERED autoship. Um...I needed that order on time that'swhy I did autoship. So I had to go buy what I needed from the local feed store and have a late delivery and be over charged. I will never do business with them again. WORST COMPANY EVER.

      Do not use this crooked company. Paid $55 for expedited shipping after making sure it could happen through 3 of there reps. Did not happen and can't get an explanation or any credit for them stealing money for services not rendered.

      My husband is a team roper. He ordered 3 ropes from this company - total was over $100. He received the ropes in a timely matter. The ropes were in a box, he opened the box and it looked like someone had just pushed the ropes in the box to make them fit. The ropes were bowed up in the middle, no way you can catch a cow with ropes bent like that. Anyway, he contacted Stateline and they said he could return the ropes to them and get a refund BUT it will take 3 or 4 days for them to get the UPS label emailed to him, then once they receive the ropes, it will be 10 days before he will get his money credited back to the credit card he used. UNACCEPTABLE - THIS WAS THEIR FAULT, WHOMEVER WAS WORKING IN THEIR WAREHOUSE OBVIOUSLY DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. IN SHORT, WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES.

      Do not ever do business with this company. They are a ripoff. I spent $241 on a dog bed that happens to be not big enough for my dog's liking. I barely took it out of the box, wrapped it right back up just as new, took it to the UPS Store after receiving an RA, and, as they said, they would not be responsible for the return shipping. I thought, okay, that is their policy, and then found UPS would charge me $358 to return it. And then they were going to charge me a restocking fee. That is horrible business, with all of the other options we have. We can buy anything online and with that comes the acceptance it may have to be returned and all reputable companies accept that. Use them before you ever use this company. They need to be taken out of business with that type of policy. They do not deserve your business.
