      Subject: Concern Regarding Recent Order Experience Dear Hello Bistro Team,I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had with your restaurant.Despite clearly requesting that my meal be prepared without pork, pork was still included in my pasta. As someone who avoids pork for personal reasons, this was extremely upsetting. Additionally, no utensils were included in the takeout order, which made it difficult to eat on the go.I also noticed a general lack of care in the preparation process. The pasta was not only poorly made but inedible due to the pork. I was unfortunately forced to throw it away. Furthermore, the burger I ordered was served cold, which added to my dissatisfaction.I was genuinely looking forward to enjoying my meal, but this experience fell far below expectations. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve the quality and attention to detail in your service.Thank you for your time and consideration.Sincerely,

      We try to go to the EatnPark in *********** some Sunday mornings with our local church group of 7 people. It has become intolerable. We waited forever for our food and when it arrived, it was terrible. No wonder the restaurant was almost empty! Why? are you not paying enough? Not training enough? I hate to compare you to other restaurants, but if you go to *********, there is no shortage of servers, helpers or apparently cooks because we never have to wait and the food quality never wavers. I cant image that you are going to enlarge the restaurant here in ***********. I think what you should be doing is rethinking WHAT made EatnPark popular for so many years and go back to THAT business model because whoever is running the business now is not following that model. It wont be long before you will loose even the most loyal of your customer base here in ***********, I know our group is done!

      Bethel park and Upper St Clair Eat N Park. Awful, the quality is bad. The service at the Upper St Clair next to the Mall the greeter the servers make you feel as if you are bothering them by coming in, a customer no longer, you are a patron and they are doing you a favor. The quality of food has changed dramatically. No longer can you get sausage gravy, the potato soup has changed, the hot turkey sandwich is not a whole sandwich it is a half made to look like a whole. The crinkle fries are dry and tasteless. The fried appetizers come to you in a pool of grease. Your food never comes hot, unless it is soup. The days of waiting for a table are gone, now the place is practically empty regardless what time you go. The atmosphere is not welcoming. Eat N Park knows they are floundering, a place that use to be a great Family experience has become a place to avoid. The prices have raised and the quality has plummeted and the service is not welcoming.

      Takeout food it was so didn't see it until we got home!! Well, went to Eat'n Park for a turkey meal w/husband! The turkey meal was really bad as the turkey was old as heck and so was the stuffing. I myself had the turkey sandwich /gravy and yuck the turkey smelled old as i don't know what??!! YUCK will not be back for crap like that! Serving old turkey to customers to get rid of your old food!!! How dare U!! Really??!! Waterworks Eat'n Park on Freeport RD/Pittsburgh!! DO NOT order their turkey!!!

      Discrimination against autistic child. We just sat down and my autistic nephew started to stem. A guy said he was manager but wasnt dresses as a manager and came over said to much noise. If he didnt stop then we would have to leave. He is nonverbal autistic and any happy noise are representing him trying to communicate. It happened at ******************************************* ********** ** restaurant.

      Their card system was down and I received a paper that said "SALES SLIP" but with no amount that was charged to my card. No date of transaction. Just my card information on a slip that could be viewed by anyone at the store that came across that paper. The security risk is huge and this is outrageous. I asked to have a manager come to my table. No one came over. I later called and asked for a manager to come to a phone. I was told they were too busy to take my call. Disgraceful. I want every paper that has my card information to be given to me.
