    This company is working the system in an unfair and unprofessional manner. As an appraiser for them I have witness orders sent and accepted within the same 60 seconds ensuring that the pay the least amount possible to their preferred vendors who will always hit their numbers. I have plenty of documentation and will have to file a law suit to make sure the practice of appraisals STAY FAIR. This is a direct violation to **** ***** laws meant to protect consumers and banks.

    After a tree fell down from one of their properties on Saturday I spoke to the after hours rep who said that there was nothing that they could do about it until Monday. Mind you this tree was blocking a driveway and came across two houses backyards if there was an emergency between Saturday, and now today is Thursday and there is nothing that they could do about that. The driveway is a one-way driveway, With surroundings blocked off and they have a small child that lives there. After speaking to them on Monday, I was promised somebody was coming out. Nobody showed got a text message saying that they were coming out on Tuesday. Nobody showed called and spoke to the receptionist on Tuesday. They said that they had notes that somebody was coming out yesterday, nobody came to my house. Nobody came to my neighbors houses, and I Called in yesterday and asked them what was going on. They said that the office was closed and that nobody will be coming out. I got a call today saying that somebody came out yesterday to Assess the tree And that they would be getting bids to have the tree removed only. Did not offer to compensate and see for everything that the four neighbors had to do in regards to getting the driveway cleared clean up as much as we possibly could as well as renting a chainsaw. Because there was nothing that they could do And then they ignore residents for a total of five days and gave them the runaround and show little to no compassion about what their property caused everyone involved is absolutely insane. I highly do not recommend this company at all.

    They stuck a padlock on a building that I own free and clear and messed up the door in doing so and drilled holes in the roll up doors as if they are going to padlock those as well so they are also messed up. The house next door had a reverse mortgage and they work for whomever took possession of the house but failed to check deeds and property records before locking my building.

    Manage the property next door and have not responded to phone messages or email correspondence for over 3 weeks. Never get a live person to answer their phone for 10+ calls.

    They are thieves and will steal your items!!! They entered my home and stole my appliances.

    Someone from this company trespassed on my property two diff occasions and left messages for me to call them within seven days because they had determined my property is abandoned. My neighbors called me while at work to tell me they were inside the house; they went through my personal belongings (opened a suitcase; went through some papers, broke off a piece of wood of the bedroom door among other things they went through) They literally committed a crime. I have never done any business with or contacted this company. They are preying on people and committing crimes.

    Showed up at my house while I was home and taped a notice to my door. We are not behind on our mortgage and everything is in good standing. Nothing but a bunch of scammers trying to con people out of their money.

    This company is a complete scam. They illegally entered my grandmother's gone and changed all of the locks. They posted saying that they are managing the sale of the house and that nobody can where the house. When I called the company asking why they falsely are posting things on a private home that they have no legal right to touch they hung up on me and refused my calls after that. We are in the process of taking them to court over the costs of repairing everything they damaged. We've filled reports of vandalism, trespassing, and destruction of property with the Sheriff's Department. This company is attempting to steal property from vulnerable people and should be shut down.
