      I have a car loan with them and I do not recommend them! I had to change banks when I moved and they have messed up the whole payment process! I drove an hour to their nearest branch, to personally fix the problem, and they still can't get it right!! It's been a year now, and they still haven't gotten it straightened out. They don't know their butts from a hole in the ground!! And they basically say it's my fault!!!! Not theirs. Even though one of their employees told me everything was good, and ok. I get a call later saying, no, it's still messed up and we're going to report to the credit bureau for late payments if you don't fix this. And once again, it's my fault not theirs. Really bad place to have an account with. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! I would give them a -5 star review if I could.

      Ive used this bank for over 50 years and the past year was the worst ever. Theyve pulled out excessive fees and put money in the wrong accounts. Theyve pulled wont take responsibility for there s**** up. Its not the same bank it was back in the day. Ive pulled my accounts out of this bank for this reason and havent had any problems since. I can see why this bank is going under.

      Walked in to this branch in Sunbury Ohio paid off the overdraft ask to close my account was told when I walked out my account was closed my bank statement says that I had $0.00 at closing nothing overdraft nothing in my account and nothing pending no charges trying to be made and yet I receive a notification days later that that same account is overdraft how is that possible when I was told it was closed. I'm disabled I had to draw up a $4 fee at their ATM just to get money so I could pay the overdraft and $4 is two meals to me because they had stuff on for Auto paid that I did not okay. It's also really bad when you sign up for One Bank like this bank was Delaware county Bank then they get bought out then suddenly they want to claim your signatures on everything even though you haven't stepped foot in their Bank except to close your account since it became first Commonwealth Bank and you never signed anything in the first place but then suddenly their agreement to keep the Delaware county Bank policy for their clientele when they got bought out doesn't matter I had a overdraft paper signed that would prevent anything from being charged to my account if I didn't have sufficient funds.

      The worst! I have been dealing with this institution for a year or more. They repossessed the vehicle because I was a month behind after being in the hospital. I have paid all the money plus some extra that said I had to pay. Everyone I speak with has a different set of rules or policies. They are also extremely rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I was told they could repossess my vehicle for being one day behind.

      I think the manager at the First Commonwealth bank the Sunbury Ohio branch on S Miller Dr is discriminating again minorities because each time I try to make a withdrawal from my active account the teller states that they need the managers approval. I have not been able to make a transaction without any incident. I don’t understand why they have to give me a hard time except that I am Asian and they just don’t care for my nationality!!!!

      Tech issues aren't hard to come by with First Commonwealth Bank. I have been charged an overdraft fee and had my account placed on hold due to tech issues and employees on the right hand don't know what the left hand is doing. It's very frustrating to be charged an overdraft and an account to be put on hold due to incompetence and tech issues.

      Had *************** CD they pay absolutely nothing on *** when they are paying 4 or 5 per cent on regular cds. They know you are virtually stuck with them once you open an ***. Long time customer get run around. Nobody calls tell you they will see if they can get approval for a higher rate. Hoping you let it automatically renew. Charge you a fee of 50 dollars to transfer . If you cash it out you lose the tax benefits of a ****. ******* tells you they don't know why they pay almost nothing on *** cds . What's the benefit of even saving on retirement when there's absolutely no benefit on doing so. The bank totally benefits as they pay you next to nothing and they loan your money out at a high rate.

      I would also give -0- rating. After receiving incorrect info during a call to the main office the Delaware Ohio branch manager said she was waiting for me. ******* from the main office told her I was rude and having a "bad" day. When I asked how to close my accounts, she asked questions and seemed happy to get rid of me. At the end, she refused to cash my check and asked me to leave. She said I was rude and she didn't have to take it walking me to the door. I have never been treated this way in all my 70 years. I was a previous Delaware County Bank customer, forced to change to Commonwealth. I went to another branch to cash my 500 check. I will change banks asap.
