      Purchased a new dishwasher July 11, 2022. Paid for installation which took place July 25, 2022. It was used twice then an error code E01 came on. Followed guidelines and it would not go away. I called this company and the first date available was August 29, 2022. The technician ordered two from The manufacturer. It has been more than 60 days without a dishwasher. This is unacceptable.

      Horrible, 4 house calls with service techs that had no idea what was wrong. Brand new model and they dont care! Its 2 months and I paid for it, and do not have what I was promised! They never reached out in 2 weeks. I had to go through GE. AK was rude, I asked to speak to the owner and he never called! They can care less about there customers
