  They dont pick up your trash. They make excuses on why they dont, there is a limit on how much they pick up5 trash bags per week? This is the most problematic company that *** ever worked with. One of the worst companies ever in history. Surprise about the bbb rating.

  I am sorry to hear you are unhappy.Our company collects 4 CANS of household garbage per week per customer in your ************ must be talking about grass and or leaves.We do only take 5 bags of grass or leaves per week per customer.This allows the rest of the community to also have their leaves and grass collected each week.

  Very, very, disorganized!! Most sanitation companies are pushing recycling but J Young is making a lot of us in ***************** turn in our cans. We were told the billing would be $6.00 a month but I instead, they billed the entire $72.00 up front. They say they are "recycling" the recycling bin trash but it seems like it all going into the same truck. In addition. They told everyone to have their can out front of their house the 1st Saturday in February and the cans would be picked up. They have changed the pickup day FOUR TIMES and ALL of the cans are STILL sitting in front of our houses. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  trash pick up is Friday. i paid my bill Thursday morning. i called and wanted an explanation. these people are the absolute worst. the girl who answers the phone is one of the most ignorant people I've ever talked to. she gets offended and begins talking to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner telling me they have their schedule already planned for the week and my payment wasn't processed. but the funds were withdrawn from my account already.

  This has to be the worst garbage collection company on the face of the planet. I've been at my current residence less than 3 years and in this time I've had to search the neighborhood multiple times for the lids to my cans or for the entire can. Every couple of pickups they leave bags inside the bottom of the cans, then leave the lids open so that it can rain all over the bag of garbage. Total **** league nonsense. I have already had to replace 2 garbage cans because the pickup team damaged them. I replaced them with cans that had the lids attached on the back so that they cannot be lost but big surprise these morons found a way to knock the lid off and I have had to chase it down once again. I'll be contacting my city and requesting that they switch companies when the contract is up. These guys are awful.
