Terrible! My power steering went out on my 2019 Silverado 2 weeks ago and I had them fix it after being able to limp it to their garage. Quick fix was a cooper lug wiring issue, they had it fixed the next day. However since getting it back light after light started to show up on my dash, service ESC, brake system failure, etc. Leaving work this past Friday my brake pedal went to the floor with no pressure and no braking ability, had them tow to garage and called Tim to see what the issue was after putting the computer on my truck. No call about what the issue was but rather a call that my truck is DONE, and my total was $220.35. I pick it up after work and nothing is said about what was fixed but I notice some sort of wire laying on passenger floorboard and the paperwork shows 3 faults in red. Again I was told nothing by anyone upon leaving, so this morning as I leave for work and put my truck in drive I get a message on my dash of “brake system failure” which was already showing up before losing my brakes on Friday. I crawl to work with barely any braking ability and park it. Not only did they not fix it, I was told nothing of the sort about what the wire was in my truck and had I been with my 10 year old daughter in the truck and something catastrophic occurred I would have been having a nice face to face conversation with the owner Tim. Not once did I place blame on anyone of the technicians but I don’t think this is the best way to handle something as serious as brakes on a vehicle. 100/10 do not recommend this garage or their services, instead I will be finding someone else in the area that is capable of a diagnosis and interacts with their customers to resolve the issue.
