    I cancelled my warranty coverage because I wasnt happy with a claim that I had filed. The claim process took almost a month to settle. My car was tied up at the repair shop for that long over a $700 claim. I cancelled my warranty in April 2022 and have yet to receive a refund. I have called and emailed numerous times. I was told the check was mailed. I never received the check and no one will return my emails or calls.

    I purchased the Concord Protect Premium Extended Warranty for $1800 for a 2009 ***. On October 8th 2022 during a service inspection for transmission issue, the technician pointed out transmission line leaking. The dealership suggested replacing the lines . The policy stated lines were not covered so we paid for repair. Replacing the lines did not fix the problem so the dealer submitted the claim and the repair was denied due to Loss of Lubrication. I contacted Concord several (8X) times over month (30 days) they appeared to be helpful over the phone. However, theres no way I would have known the lines were leaking unless I climbed underneath the car myself between maintenance windows. He led me to believe if i were to take care of if the lines that they would fix if the transmission if needed, so i did $1000 out my pocket . The dealer called me and stated that something else was going on with the transmission. The dealer then filed a claim within them i never heard back from Concord. I called Monday and he said he should have an answer within the next 30 minutes. Never heard back. I called back Tuesday 25th , we spoke and he assured me that he would get the claim approved. Never heard back again. On 11/8/22 was offered a $500 concession as courtesy on $6000 repair. I was told by **** ASE dealer that the leaking lines DID NOT cause the transmission issue. As i read more and more of these complaints it seems like this is Concord Auto Protect Standard Procedure. I want you to Be AWARE of buying a policy for CONCORD AUTO PROTECT. There website says #1 Top Rated i highly contest this in fact it is false if you read these complaints.

    Purchased Auto Extended Warranty 08/02/2020 From Concord Auto Protect for $1800 The first Claim I had in 2021 was for $400, plainly a covered part. After a week of back & forth they paid $200 I filed 2nd claim on 10/17/22 for $2330.They jerked me around for 2 weeks now with the same lies & we'll have an answer by end of day. Never happens! Michael S****** owner of Concord is a liar, scammer & abuses senior citizens. I'm 78 years old and don't appreciate being lied to, taken advantage of, and handed off to his "flunkes" & given the same pack of lies! I want my $1800 refunded so I can get the car problem fixed myself. I found 84 complaints filed against this scumbag thru there own website, the ripoff report & various other review boards. Always the same MO, they won't pay their claims and jerk people around.Concord Auto Protect needs to be closed down so they can't rip off other seniors!Michael S****** now hides behind his phone when I call & I get handed off to his "flunkies"!! Pathetic business model, take their money and screw as many as possible when they file a claim. SHUT THEM DOWN!! This business never has any intention of honoring their claims, it's a numbers game as to how many people they can discourage and give up because of their crappy claims department

    I am rejecting this response because:I paid $1800 for this joke of an extended warranty. The first claim I submitted was for $400 for a covered claim. Concord finally paid $200 of the claim. I will accept $1600 refund in a check mailed to my address by December 10, 2022 and assuming the check will cash. Michael S************** is a liar and a scam artist. Check all the *** *** ****** complaints against this scumbag! Always the same complaint, he won't pay his claims. Then lies about refunding the money and never does.

    I purchased the premium contract for my evoque 2015 with coverage from 96k-140k miles & dates 5/14/21- 5/14/23. Vin/****/dash provided at start. 10/09/22 at~118,550ish miles while driving there was an unexpected loss of power, a thud, & vehicle went in to limp mode. Infront of parking lot entrance & immediately parked/shut off car. unable to restart engine after shutting off. Dash was not displaying any lights at the time. I followed protocol as outlined in my contract with concord (included notifying them immediately of my claim via their portal), called ***, & vehicle was towed in (on flatbed) within the hour to **** ***** Troy where a description of symptoms was made. they confirmed a no start and rolled my vehicle in for service. I authorized personal payment for diagnostics/tests as stated in my contract with concord & my advisor was aware once the issue was diagnosed, all costs/repairs/labor shall go through concord for my claim. In the mean time, my advisor had provided concord with all required pre-claim information as we were directed to do over the phone to speed up process. Diagnostics took ~1 week to complete & included boroscope inspections, oil level/quality check, compression tests, & more. deemed useless without a new engine & the required parts detailed in their report.estimates were given to concord including labor. By 10/20/22 **** ******* Claims adjuster states the quote exceeds limit & makes my advisor act as his inspector requesting various pic of my vehicle, vehicle service history from us,and fish for loopholes. My advisor does so, provides docs full body photos, vin photos, inside their shop.I also provide numerous history docs. refuse to accept **** ***** reported detailed carfax service records & accuse me of "cropped" docs. 10/25 we resubmit further. 10/26 they have no excuse to deny, decide to use own inspector to repeat. Stall a day requesting proof my vehicle is at location. Inspected on 10/30. 11/1 still refuse give a decision.

    I am rejecting this response because: My contract covers the full cost of almost 16K which is what I want,  am owed, and is the only correct response to this claim. In addition, I have documented receipts that concord was not being truthful about receiving inspection documents from the hired third part and they have been sitting on the reports. The inspection agency is willing to provide proof of receipt. They have had almost 1 month to send inspection agencies and collect data, which they have received ample amounts of from myself and **** *****. The company is seeking to stall, buy time, and look for loopholes to avoid paying instead of honoring the contract. This behavior is unacceptable. They are abusing the system and placing the blame on everyone else.

    I am rejecting this response because: They did not approve based on our agreement. The company has blocked my phone number and refused to answer phone calls or emails regarding my claim, including when I try and contact from another phone number. They told me if I want to see the full amount, "I can sue them". They are attempting to bully their way out of a claim. Their suggested solution was to fit the vehicle with a broken salvage motor which did not even start (and they refused to guarantee its condition as working & without issues). They then based their payout amount off this motor (which they also refused to pay for any shipping or necessary parts it required), which was ~50% the cost of any recycled or remanufactured motor within hundreds of miles. They could not provide a location or shop to fix my vehicle for their suggested payout amount, despite that being in our contract (because their price was unreasonable and no shop would be capable to complete the repair in their time allocated or willing to as they would most certainly lose money). They refused to provide me with proof of how they got their labor estimates, repair time codes, part numbers, or any assurance of quality. The contract also states putting in such a part would void my agreement with Concord. When they told Land Rover to submit the claim with a recycled unit for approval, they did. We made it clear that would cost more than using the oem Remanufactured motor, but they found this hard to believe. After finding out this was the truth, they made up a number and quoted the payout at ~50% the cost of the motor and labor time was quoted at under 10 hours for a full motor swap counting required coding time (compared to ~25 hours quoted by manufacture guided labor times). They tried to state this was part of our contract agreement, which it was not. Nor was this price adjustment. If they were to disagree with the price quoted by my shop, they are supposed to be responsible for sourcing the motor and paying the full repair cost using a shop of their choosing (and parts) at no cost to me. However, they cannot do this because of how extremely low they claim the repair to cost. How am I supposed to negotiate or deal with a company I have a contract with if they have blocked my phone and refuse to discuss my case or claims, stating if I want to hear from them then I can sue (then hanging up). I want my full claim paid for at ~16,000 USD as stated to them. They have dragged this on going on 1.5 months and have failed to honor our contract and offer a timely repair (or any solution at that matter). This company needs to be investigated for fraud.

    This customer was harassing our staff after we worked so hard to approve his claim which was inadequate for him.

    I am rejecting this response because: This information is completely false and Concord Auto Protect is once again lying. I cannot even believe they are accusing me of harassing them after spent ~1 month dodging calls and lying. It took ~1 month to even get a decision. No one would answer my calls or provide details. I could not get a loaner vehicle during this time as they also refused to give an answer to Land Rover or myself on their decision. In addition, to highlight how they are lying I have attached a screenshot of their quote, which is CLEARLY below 7K USD total (parts & labor). Please also pay attention to the screenshot which they base this quote off of. They clearly cropped out the picture of the vehicle (which would be at the start of the table) because that vehicle had an extreme head on impact, front frame/impact bar damage into the motor along with complete airbag deployment. I found the motor was damaged and the vehicle could not even start, so mileage on that motor cannot be verified as well. .Every single motor within hundreds of miles that works was a thousands more. I even asked if they could verify the functioning of the motors which they couldn't. Again, I ask why can you not arrange for the repair of my motor then per our contract? I know why, it's because your made up estimate is so under the true cost that you cannot find a single location to do it, or the parts. They have mislead everyone and participated in various forms of fraud (such as consumer fraud). I want the claim paid in full, at ~16k USD or I want you to find the parts/shop to do it at your price and provide me written documentation and proof prior to the install that all parts are functioning along with a breakdown of costs, parts, repair time codes. I am now going on 60 days without my vehicle, you will not answer or make any movement on my claim. This company abuses customers verbally and emotionally and uses stalling tactics to avoid honoring their contract.

    I am rejecting this response because: I do not want a refund which is what they want so they do not have to pay a claim out in full which they are legally bound to. They also are attempting to trick me into taking a refund to void my contract which I will not do. They are legally obligated to pay my full claim at ~16,000 USD and I refuse to accept anything less. They completely fabricated a ridiculously low price that is beyond unreasonable. The adjustment is not part of our contract & they need to pay the 16,000 in full. my vehicle has sat now for over 70 days. Can concord source a full repair (parts, labor, location etc) to fix my vehicle for their quote of ~6,600 usd TOTAL for a full engine swap on a ***** *****?! no, they failed to even find something remotely close. About a year ago I had windshield replacement covered by ***** **** due to a crack, the windshield repair was ~2500 USD....for a windshield.....***** **** covered it without issue because they are aware of the actual repair costs for high end luxury foreign cars. How can concord tell me that a full engine swap+labor is only 6,600 usd when my windshield alone was 2500....it would be tight pressed/difficult to replace an engine on any mainstream vehicle like ****, ***** etc for only 6,600 usd total...Concords offer is beyond unreasonable and downright criminal. They have committed consumer fraud, false advertisement, breech of contract, attempted tax evasion, blocked my number and more on this claim. This company must payout and honor their contract. They need to be flagged for fraud and reviewed by attorney general and the BBB needs to take action to flag this company as a fraud. Fake ****** reviews, their website tells lies (not 24/7), claims aren't paid out etc. They literally could not deny my claim so they block me and refuse to talk to me. If that doesn't say how criminal this company is I don't know what would. I hope the BBB will seriously look into this company & do everything in their power to protect consumers like they should. I hate to see this company abuse and mislead more consumers. They need to be held accountable and it is extremely concerning this company has been able to break so many laws for so long and get away with it. If you get passed all the bots/fake google reviews etc you'll see countless cases like mine. They are crooks. Perhaps this company is such a fraud they can't even afford to payout a claim of 16,000 USD....they don't have the cash flow to payout peoples claims. they just accept money at the start of the contract and create a massive Ponzi scheme.

    I purchased an extended coverage policy from them in June 2021. I have never had a claim. I cancelled the policy 9-19-22 as I no longer own the vehicle. I was told to fill out a form on their website but I also gave the information to the customer service rep. I was told by their rep, Patrick, that I would receive a check in the mail within 7 to 10 days. I have called numerous times and they tell me they can't tell if a check has been issued to me and there is no one else I can talk to. So today is October 24th, 2022 and I still do not have the refund I am due. This company is the most frustration company to try to get anything done. I would never buy anything from them again.

    Concourd auto protect has been caught lying stating that there was extensive work done to my car (calipers) and main water pump claims that have been done in the car. I have never had any work completed. When asked to show proof they denied, they denied the work claim. They have continued to make up lies, first Techinical Service  Bulleting issue - then they switched to its too much money for the work to be completed. They asked me to forward them the invoice and i did. Then they said they didnt get it. I spoke to 4 people in a matter on 1 month and completelly continuing to pass me off and saying we didnt get the documents, we need the HEAD of land rover's headquarter number which i did for them to speak with the head of parts and recall. ALL of the work in the invoice should be covered.

    I purchase an extended warranty from Concord Auto Protect back in 11/10/2020. It is now 10/19/2022 and Concord Auto Protect will not return my phone calls about service on my vehicle and keep making excuses about system upgrades. Trying to get Concord Auto Protect to any of my phone calls to see if they will cover my car repairs seems to impossible. Concord has not responded to any of my phone calls but have tried to bribe in the past for removing my reviews about their company. I am not sure what I need to do get the to respond to my requests other than filing complaints and reviews.

    I'm writing because Concord Auto Protect has refused to honor its prorated refund policy. I bought one of their vehicle service contracts in May/June 2022 and requested that it be cancelled on 9/2/22 in accordance with clause 10 of their Vehicle Service Program Terms of Agreement. Under these terms, I'm entitled to a prorated refund of $782.00, but Concord has failed to provide the refund as of this writing.

    I have a contract with Concord and I brought my car to the shop my car is laying there Since last week the dealership called Concord and told them what the problem is and what it's gonna cost and they said an adjuster would get back to them exit them it's been 2 days now no one's got back into him and we're calling the number and it goes to voicemail for 2 days now this is unacceptable I have no car I'm taking 3 busses and 2 trains to work every day to work and back home what did I purchase a contract for that fixed my car when these people don't answer the phones it goes right to voicemail I think this is very unprofessional and I'm gonna have to look into this further because I'm not sure if I want to do business with you people If this is the way that you treat your customers from reading some of the reviews it's got me thinking now That this company might have went out of business And if so then I would have to talk to the Better Business Bureau and see what claims I can file to get my money back

    In Sept 2021 I purchased a Concord Auto Protect contract VSP#******* Package Premium. On Sept 27 2022 I filed my first claim against the contract, for my *********** Pick-up *************** is to be done by ************** in ****** **. It is now Oct.7 2022 I still do not have the truck back, even though service hrs have been quoted at 3.5 hours. Concord Auto has been the hold-up. Excuses have been numerous from; System upgrades, Part prices unavailable, to logistic problems.( huh it is a 6 hour drive)There have been 6 promises to call me back and non have happened ,this is the same for the dealer not getting their emails or calls returned by Concord. They are a mess, they have admitted the errors and made promises, even offered "a courtesy" What is that a credit on balance ? I paid in full Balance is zero a refund ? who knows All I want is my truck fixed and returned all paid for. I also think I longer want to do business ever again with Concord so a refund of my purchase prise and cancel my contract
