      January 16,2024 My name is *************************** *************************************, New York, NY *****. June 23. 1962. My Clin Card # was ****************. On 6/28/2023 i made a purchase at the ***** **** at the counter. I didn't like it. So asked the cashier to put the money back to the card she said that it May take 24 hours to get it back so when I got home, I call Clin Card that is on the back on the card.**************. The total refund is $120.25. They said No problem. They cancel the card and send me another one **** ************** that I have now. They also gave me a form that I fill in and email it to [email protected] with all the documents. 90 days (about 3 months) came and passed and no email to them. So, I called them, and they said that I could get my refund. Then they didn't get a respond from The ***** ****. I went to them to get the documents that clin card from them. I emailed Clin Card with the documents and they said it was too late for the refund. Because the 90 days are finished. That is not fair. I did everything i was told to do my Clin Card. I would like to get my 102.25 back to the card. My number is ************. Thank you,

      On 11/9/2023 I submitted a card to bank account transfer. I allowed the 2-3 days transfer window and nothing was transferred. My bank account had already gone through the verification process which means the process should have occurred within that timeframe. I called and was told to give it 3-5 days. I requested a manager callback twice and no return of a call happened. This company is aware that their card to bank transfers are below industry standard processing times but still offers the slow process if your finally receive it. As of 11/20/2023, I have not received the transfer of my money, no callback, and no resolution time. I have requested the return of the funds back to my card on 11/17 and again was told 2-3 business days.

      Their was 25 dollars added on my Clin card that I never ever received I was paid for a study and never got the deposit

      My clincard was hacked a new card was issued as money had been taken out of her old card with out my authorization. On September 23, 2023 I emailed a "customer statement of disputed transaction to ********************** and was told it would take 90 working days for a resolution. I received an email dated September 25, 2023 that my dispute for case no:265828 was denied. I called again October 18, 2023 and talked to Jom and was told to resubmit my dispute forms yet another time(my 3rd). He said he would prioritize the issue. He said he was unable to give me resolution case number or ticket number. I asked for a supervisor or manager since this was the third time I had contacted them in this manner and the third time I have emailed my dispute forms. He said he could give me a supervisor or a manager and there was no email or phone number other than the one I have called 3 times. The old card number is ****************.

      I am writing to file a complaint against Clincard regarding unauthorized inactivity fees that were charged to my account. My information is as follows: Name: ***********; Clincard Account Number: ****************; Phone Number: ************; Date of Incident: 10/04/2023.In October 2022, I received a Clincard with a $65 balance as compensation for participating in and completing a university research project. About two weeks ago, I attempted to use my Clincard to make an online purchase, but the transaction was declined with a message "Insufficient balance to pay for the order". I immediately logged into my Clincard account to investigate this issue and discovered that I had been incurring a $4.5 inactivity fee each month since April 2023. What is most concerning is that I received no prior notification or warning regarding these fees, which were consistently deducted from my account without my knowledge. In an effort to resolve this matter, I contacted Clincard's customer service at ************. During the call, the representative refunded me only $13.5, which covers the inactivity fees for three months. However, the total amount of unauthorized charges accrued over six months amounts to $27.I am writing to request a full refund of the remaining $13.5, which has not been addressed by Clincard. This amount was wrongfully deducted from my account without my consent or prior notification, and I believe it is only fair that I receive a complete refund.

      My token number is ********. I ordered a replacement Clincard a month ago. I waited over 3 weeks for the card to come and nothing. When I called clincard they said it was returned to them because there was no apartment number on file. I needed to call the research company to update my address. After I did AND received a text notification from Clincard that my address was updated i called clincard again to reorder the replacement card. They told me my address was in fact NOT updated and told me to wait. I waited a couple of days and called again. Again they told me the address was not updated and I needed to recontact the research company. I already had and the research company said my address on file was updated and there was nothing they could do on their end. I had to call clincard customer service BACK and they told me it still wasn't updated. I have asked for a supervisor or higher up numerous times and was denied every time. There is nothing left to do on my part or the research companies part to update the address which is already correctly updated. It has even gotten to the point where I refused to hang up until I could speak to a higher up clincard representative. Then the representative pretended that he couldn't hear me, that our call was dropped and then hung up on me. I knew he was pretending because he would say I can't hear you, then would occasionally answer my questions before saying again "hello? Hello? Oh well since you aren't responding I will end the call ". I wasn't even able to submit a survey after this horrible unprofessional act. This is absolutely ridiculous and highly unprofessional. I have money that is being held hostage and I cannot touch. Even when I requested a check to be sent, there would still be a fee not to mention the address they have isn't updated and it wouldn't be able to show up at my door. Please please fix this issue, I am absolutely disgusted with this horrible costumer service.

      I received a ClinCard for a research where I participated. The card was mailed to me and $575. was added. It had an expiration of 03/2024. I have had the card in my possession and no reason to feel the money was not available. On May 5, 2023 I tried to set it up for use. Only to find out the balance is zero. Upon further investigation I learned the final payment from my research company was made on 12/16/2021. On 12/27/2021 someone stole my number and used it to make 107 purchases charged as *** ********* ***** @ $5.40 ea from 20:17:22.962 through 21:12:43:302. I have called ClinCard on May 5, 2023 and they have said they could not do anything because it is past the 60 days for the transactions. I have continued to work with them to try to resolve the situation until now. How does a person know that someone stole the number?? I have had the card in my possession the whole time and no one has had access to the number or card. I tried calling ********* too. They pointed it back to ClinCard as they had no record of a card with the last 4 digits **** being used. I really would like for ClinCard to reimburse my money. When I look at the complaints against ClinCard I find there are numerous people who have reported fraud in Fall 2021.

      Hello,My wallet was stolen and my Clincard was inside, I spent hours and hours on the phone with greenphire trying to ask for a new card and they claim that my account does not exist, and 2 days ago they sent a message saying that my card was loaded. I have all my money stuck without being able to take it out. they say that I have to replace it with the provider, but I called and they can't ask for a new card, the bank has to solve it and they are avoiding the problem and simply saying that the account does not exist. They asked me for the token number, I passed it and they keep saying that the account does not exist. I need my money and it's stuck because nobody wants to solve it. I just want my money, I'm not asking for anything else.

      I was sent a clincard for a Research study in which my account was awarded $2360.00 for the study I completed. I called the clincard customer service number listed on the activation for the card. The customer service rep I spoke with scammed my card stating that because I completed the research they are going to send my a $100 gift card and needed my complete address.I knew this was a scam so I hung up and called back and the rep told me they don't give gift cards when completed. I went to the bank to remove the money, but the 1st rep I spoke with had already start removing funds. I want others to be aware that clincard reps work in the inside to steal funds off the cards. Be Aware. You have been warned
