  Took our deposit over a year ago for $10,000 for a roof. And have disappeared and been unreachable. Police reports were filed. They scammed 18 homes in our neighborhood and the police officers told us 80 plus people in the state of ************. They're doing a criminal investigation on this company

  This company does not even deserve a 1 star! They are HORRIBLE!! Gave them our deposit for our roof 3 years ago and kept getting told they were delayed....I have called left messages and sent emails with no response. They cut into my siding without letting us know the list goes on. At this point I really just want my money back!!!

  DON'T!!! It has been 2.5 years since we first signed to get our roof done and all we heard from them was excuses and then nothing once they received the money from our insurance company. We just took them to court and won, but getting our money back is another thing. Their address is FAKE and it's literally a desk and a woman there to accept their mail. This is from the Constable who showed up there to hand them the civil action against them. Still searching to try to find anything on them so we can get our money back. If you have any information call the ********** Courthouse / Judge *****************************, as there are multiple cases against them with customers as well as supply companies.

  This company will take your money and not complete the work for years. It took two years to complete work. They said due potential storm damage from June 2021 we could get new roof, siding for just deductible. They claimed to work with INS agencies where I would have no involvement. Because we wanted our detached garage to match we paid for this additional service. I paid half up front of the garage and half later, this is the only reason they completed the work I think.
  
  They have adjusters contact the INS agency and received a down payment of over 20K from the INS agency and then the rest would be paid upon completion. Due to supply chain issues they said there were significant delays. From 8/2021 until 5/2023. This is how long it took the work to be completed, every week communications became fewer and far between.
  
  My neighbor who signed her contract before me still has not have the work completed, she had materials dropped off in July 2023. They also claim they would eat the loss if it goes over 2 years past the storm as INS companies will not pay. But will they.
